Now, that's interesting. Along with their acquisition of Koch Media some months ago, THQ Nordic also got their hands on Dambuster Studios, a subsidiary of Deep Silver composed of all the personnel from Crytek UK (aka Free Radical), developers of Second Sight and Timesplitters. It seems that when Deep Silver bought the studio, they didn't only get access to Homefront: Revolution, but also to the Second Sight and Timesplitters IPs. As a result, Nordic has two more series to add to their ever-growing and never-ending portfolio.

Second Sight was originally available on digital stores (even here), courtesy of Codemasters, but was removed 6 years ago. As for Timesplitters, none of the three games in the trilogy was ever released on the PC. Now, with Nordic on the helm, we might yet see those two series emerge again.

Oh hell yeah.

Timesplitters is one of my favourite series, if Nordic could revive it I'd be thrilled.

And Second Sight was awesome, I was always gutted to know I'd missed getting it here.

Brilliant news I remember playing the series on the ps2 back in the day. I loved trying to unlock everything in those games.

Grargar you've made my day & THQ Nordic of course.

The obvious first thing they should do is get Microsoft to put the OG Xbox versions of the Timesplitters games onto the backwards compatible list for Xbox One. The Xbox versions would also be the best candidates for PC conversions too.

I recently played Homefront The Revolution which has an arcade machine with the first few levels of Timesplitters, I'd love to get the entire series in some form.

+1
Severance: Blade of Darkness next, please.
Thanks.
Nice. THQNordic are doing really well this year and the games they are releasing have been pretty strong . Also very happy that they are releasing day 1 games here.
Looking forward to see what they will do with these games.

Thanks.
If we could get that back here it would be quite a coup.
I would pay an uncomfortable amount of money for more Timesplitters. Give me sequels and remasters of the original please. I played ridiculous amounts of 2 and Future Perfect on the Gamecube back in the day.

Been kicking myself for ages for missing Second Sight while it was here. I'd love to get the chance to get it again.
So it is just a matter of time before we see Second Sight here again.I am also one of those that missed it since i didn't even knew that it was here in the first place(like XIII)... Can't wait.Get to work GOG ;p.Cheers

EDIT: Why was it removed in the first place?

Timesplitters, dear god yes. My teenage years.
Second Sight and Timesplitters

Nice.
I already own the GOG version of Second Sight, so there is no real temptation for me to buy this (again).
However: of the Timesplitter series, I only own the second part (Timesplitters 2) on my GC.

So, that series (if released for PC) would be a nice addition to my collection, I guess.
Being able to hopefully play the Future Perfect multiplayer again is going to be a blast.
Oh my fucking DauT...

Timesplitters is my favorite FPS series, I would kill for a remastered port on GOG, especially given that I borrowed my Future Perfect copy to a friend.

Well crap, I searched for a thread on this before creating my own, but didn't find it. My bad.

On topic: Yes! Great grab by THQ Nordic!
