ShadowWulfe: But why the heck do Humongous Games get stuck with Steam first? Seriously what the hell is up with that?
Believe me, I don't like it anymore than you do. If you haven't already read this,
http://www.gog.com/forum/general/humongous_entertainment_support_thread/post173 onward. Close to a worse case scenario for me.
For perspective's sake, consider that they're priced at 6.99 per game on Steam for ~1 hour worth of content, and even then not all the games have been released there yet; GOG prefers to bundle games obviously.
My slim hope is that when all the games have appeared on Steam, GOG can bring them here as bundles for the same price as the bundles on Steam. For example, all the Spy Fox games will cost $20 on Steam; GOG could bundle 1+2+3 for 9.99 and the two arcade titles for 9.99. Or for the Pajama Sam games, 24.99. GOG could bring 1+2 for 9.99, 3+4 for 9.99, and the two arcade games for 5.99. (theoretically)
But really, I believe GOG missed out on a fantastic chance to earn big bucks and bring in new customers through these games. Look at r/gaming's and r/games' posts (specifically r/games' 1000+ karma post), nostalgic gamers are going wild over these.
