Hmm, the line could be a fuse. Not that it really helps me figure out the game. Deadline something? Bomberman? I Was An Atomic Mutant?

Command & Conquer: Red Alert ????

Seriously, even if it isn't C&C it probably is either an RTS or turn based war game.

edit:

I think that it is Redline. The name and even the atomic blast makes sense given that the game is post-apocalyptic.

Yeah but Redline is a post-apocalyptic game with a nuclear explosion while I doubt there is anything like that in Crayon Chronicles.

But don't mind me, I'm terrible at those enigmatic hints, I was only able to guess them correctly twice (Tzar and Guild 2)

Maybe Nuclear War, based on the old card game. Probably not though.

EDIT: Yah, after checking Mobygames, looks like the guesses for Redline are the best bet.
