Buzz Aldrin was wearing an Omega Speedmaster watch on the Apollo 11 mission, and the lunar module on that mission was called Eagle ("The Eagle has landed."). Hence, Eagle Watch. And one of the missions in that game is in Baikonur Cosmodrome.

Not sure if it's up to the "LucasArts confirmed" reasoning we had in the past, but an excellent one either way.

How about Shadow Watch? I believe that game's got Baikonur in it.
