wizisi2k: I was the first to say it but I said it could be 1 or 2 of the series. However the hint could apply to both.
Yea, you're right, you said it before me. I didn't even check the previous posts :)

Honestly I'm just glad the game's here... It's an instabuy
So I assume Cities Skylines will appear 2 years or more later. I don't think Paradox can spam mods for Skylines which gameplay elements haven't been covered by mods. And no, you do not need steam workshop for the mods. So drm-free version is totally viable.
Ohh.. Was it double hint ? now Cities in Motion really got released here. That is good. I have checked it yesterday, and they don't sell Cities on Motion on GG anymore.

No, it wasn't; just Metro 2033. As for GamersGate, it wasn't just Cities in Motion that vanished, but the whole freaking Paradox catalog.

Oh. I see. Well, because few people also guessed the hint as Cities in Motion, so I thought it might be a double hint.

For the GamesGate I could still find the page for Paradox Interactive.. with just one bundle of games. Also I found out that GG actually made by Paradox Interactive and eventually split from them. And now they don't sell Paradox games. Interesting.

So does that mean my giftable copy of Cities in Motion on Gamer's Gate is now worth *pinkie finger to mouth* five Meeeeelion dollaaars?

Or *sounds of toilet flushing* but one of those two answers is right depending on how much investment people have in GG.

True. True. I'm almost the latter. Gamer's Gate and I are most definitely not friends. I regret ever buying anything there.

gamefood: At any rate it's the Lisbon Metro, that is for sure.
Any games made in Lisbon/Portugal or playing there? (although I don't believe that it's relevant for the hint)

Cyraxpt: The most likely would be Detective Case and Clown Bot in: Murder in the Hotel Lisbon but as you said, seriously doubt it that it's related,
Thanks for the link, that game isn't looking bad *adoring pixels*
GOG-o-Gadgeto-Game-hunting-staff, this shall be your next mission! ;D

Now that you people are mentioning it, it's a shame that Portugal still remains one of the few countries in Europe (along with Ireland) which has never released a classic in video game history. :(

So far I think Portugal's biggest gaming achievement is Paradise Café for the ZX Spectrum.
One of the best porn games ever made. It even predates GTA is some stuff. :P

Check the instructions.

You may have to use google translate in order to understand the drug dealer and the whore, though.
And be nice to the old ladies. :P

We may never have made any great games in Ireland, but we did make Havok...
