Gandos: Did you really want to see Daikatana here? ;)

On a serious note, I don't think GOG should bother with every bad game out there; after all, they tend to be considered bad for a reason and they probably wouldn't bring in enough cash to justify it anyway. But I would consider Night Trap to be worth considering on the basis of its historical significance; it was the controversy surrounding Night Trap and Mortal Kombat which lead to the creation of the ESRB.

skeletonbow: Maybe they didn't care either way about Daikatana but instead they just wanted to make all of us become John Romero's bitch? ;o)
No, no, no, they just wanted us to suck that game down ;)

So when will GOG release Night Trap or DreamWeb ?

JudasIscariot: Do you really want to see Night Trap here? I am old enough to remember when that came out and it was errrmm less than good, to put it nicely, back then.
It looks like a worthy part of gaming history for me! I mean, we´ve got other "notSoUltraHot"-games here, that sold quite well (Daikatana, Ultima IX and so on) and we´ve got even more newer games that apparently were cazy bad...

To come to the point:
Yes, I´d like it to have it here---would be an instabuy if offered for 5.99$!
Oh, and please: Bring up the Directors Cut of Q.U.B.E. instead of just one more IndieGame that could actually hide itself in a cloud of Facebook Games ;)

Kingdom: The Far Reaches

Seems crazy-bad, never actually decided to inflict it on myself, always seems to get forgotton in 'bad games on GOG' lists though...

JudasIscariot: Wouldn't debut be a proper word to use for any game that wasn't here before? :)

fortune_p_dawg: Has anyone guessed correctly yet?
We're pretty sure it's still up in the air. The best guesses have been Wizardry 1-5, and Arcania (Gothic 4).

The reasons for Wizardry, I think, is that it's five games, when there were five discs. The only serious problem with this is I know the first five Wizardry titles pre-date CD's, at least I'm pretty sure they do (correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, while I've never played these, I was curious about the dark robed "You,hero, fetch" setup. What games have dark robed fetch quest givers? I don't really know, but one of the most famous villains in all the Wizardry titles was Werdna: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/9b/Werdna.jpg

Relation? Not sure.

Also, keep in mind the walls in the beginning of the instagram video. It looks like something out of Wizardry, but also other titles like Dungeon Master, among probably many others.

Why did people guess Arcania? Aside from it having lots of fetch quests, quest givers had yellow exclamation marks above their heads, something I don't know whether or not are in the Wizardry titles or not.

So, overall:

It's a game, or games, that has something to do with 5, unless the discs only represent retrieving something and the 5 means nothing.

It's a game where quest/adventure givers may have exclamation points above their heads.

There may be dark robed quest givers, or dark robed guys are at least present in the game.

Aside from that, I have questions for anyone who may be able to guess:

The font and style of letters used at the beginning of the instagram. Are there any classic dungeon crawlers, adventures, or RPG's that had lettering/font like that?

Are there any dark robed quest givers in classic computer RPG's or adventures?

I thought Titan Quest - "TET on Quest" - fit bloody well, but sadly that doesn't seem to be it.

I wouldn't mind that one either. This week just has so many little things that don't fit one another.

Or maybe it will be something like Hero Siege or Hero of the Kingdom, which I think have quest marks, but I might be wrong.

It is Goat Simulator! Now to find how it fits the hint :D
If anyone buys this the terrorists have won.
Has Crusader Kings I and/or II been mentioned yet? I have the second one on Steam and absolutely love it.
I would be surprised if it wouldn't be a fantasy RPG, I haven't got a clue which though, they all have hero go fetch quests.

I would be so happy if they got Goat Simulator here.
Tallowmere has yellow quest marks, but it's in Alpha stage.

For some mysterious reason (or maybe it's not mysterious, but I don't know it) Paradox and GOG aren't a happy couple yet. You'd think it to be a pretty good match..
I think it'll be Sacred 2
Though I would be even happier with Dungeon Siege 2 + Broken World.
