HypersomniacLive: Is that a thing? I just feel that the devs are too kind to us and I'd hate to take advantage of them and deprive them of that dazzlingly generous 5%, I mean, living costs until 2025 are no easy feat to cover. ;-)

Phc7006: The Founder edition will be available for a limited time only. Next year, you might have to buy a supporter edition , with a inflation adjusted price, reduced by 6.8%. By 2024, the "semper fidelis edition" , will allow late believers who have seen the light to benefit from a generous reduction of 23% on the inflation adjusted price of the early bird version. As all versions will have exclusive bonusses, be sure ti buy them all. And spread the word !
Of course, the base game will also be whoring itself around all the bundles like a cheap slut and once we get them hooked in BAM - hit 'em with the DLC and in app micropayments!
Lets Monetize us some Whales here, people!

JinseiNGC224: Even better if it had it's expansions and directors cut content :)

The question is does Vivendi still have distribution rights over the original?
Nope. It's Warner Bros' property now.

It has SecuROM :O

Only on GamersGate. On Steam, SecuROM is absent, at least from the single-player mode.

JudasIscariot: Puzzle Gun Zombie Keepcraft: Labyrinthine Mayhem of Blood: Angry Candy Farm Saga

FTFY :D
Perfect. And I've already hired a lawyer to begin the retroactive lawsuits against every game that has ever used any of these words. In fact, the lawyer is the only person I've hired. The game itself is just something I've copied from a shareware developer and reskinned.

I hope you have hired a good lawyer. After all, some of the above words contain more than one words. You wouldn't want to hire an imbecilic laywer who would only cry foul at the word Keepcraft, but not at the words "Keep" and "Craft" independently.

Right. And don't forget "raft", "lab", "may", "hem", "can", "far", "an", and most important of all "a" and "i".

Also Aft and ee (Scottish dialect for 'eye' - I love that one!)

But just 'of' would be an achievement in itself!
Fear Of The Dentist: The Caries Chronicles
I hope for Crimson Skies. I didn't play it before but it looks awesome. This would be an instabuy.

Hm, for some reason this picture reminded me of this box cover, but since the Gobliiins games are already here, that's not it. Hoping against hope it might be Woodruff & the Schnibble of Azimuth then, another Sierra/Coktel Vision classic still missing from GOG, but I won't hold my breath for it. Could be Gobliiins 4 too of course, but seeing the critical flak that one got when it was released, I doubt we'll ever see it here. In other words, I got no clue which game it could be! :-D

I doubt we'll ever get it. It was originally published by Microsoft and as far as I can tell all games where this is the case have almost no chance of making it here.

But yeah, it's an amazing game. Definitely the best purely action-oriented air combat game I've ever played.

Is there a reason why Microsoft never wanted to sign a deal with GOG? I never see Microsoft sell their really old games, so why wouldn't they want the money from sales?

I don't know. It's crazy. Oddly enough Age of Empires 2 and 3 are available on Steam and actually have Microsoft listed as the publisher. It makes you wonder, though, why no other MS games are available anywhere. There's quite a few great ones such as Starlancer, Freelancer, Motocross Madness and Midtown Madness.

Originally Dungeon Siege 1 and 2 were also published by MS but the Steam releases have Square Enix listed as the publisher. That makes you wonder, though, why DS1 and 2 aren't on GOG since Square Enix has already published a fair amount of games here. The MS games seem to be cursed, even if MS doesn't own them anymore. :P

What's even weirder is that Wikipedia states that Microsoft Game Studios was established in 2002 while the Age of Empires article lists Microsoft Game Studios (not just Microsoft) as the publisher. And that game is from 1997. It's one big clusterf***.

There are so many great Microsoft games! I used to play AoE 1 and 2 all the time back in the '90s. was a great game too! Have you ever heard of [url=http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/urban_assault]Urban Assault? It's an incredibly rare futuristic 3D RTS game that I've been looking for forever. But I've never met any one that actually played it before.
