SCPM: Of course, my all time favorite Apogee platformer will always be Bio Menace. :)
That or Alien Carnage I will continue to ask GOG about until either one appears. (Preferably Bio Menace)

I'm going to go on a wild whim and say Morpheus:

It takes place in the arctic circle. Even if the picture is crystals, crystals can also pass for ice.

A circle of ice is the picture...

That's my best shot ;D

Likely outcome: Crystal Caves

My personal wishful thinking: Command & Conquer

And now going nuts: Starcraft
C&C would be great, ideally the Ultimate collection (or how it is called).

That would be one of many dreams coming true from EA. Except the ultimate collection has C&C4 which is an 'always on' game, not to mention probably too modern for them to give up just yet. C&C will never leave EA territory unless someone crowdfunds to buy the rights...*hint, wink, nudge*

Solid State Pinball: Crystal Caliburn?
Also, probably a long shot, but I just remembered there was a cave level in Dungeon Siege with those giant crystal overgrowths.
Considering Apogee's 'Monster Bash' arrived just last month and GOG tend to licence games in batches I would have thought that Crystal Caves was by far the most likely - especially as 3D Realms are still selling in on their time warp of a site - check the 'download speed' section with entries for not only 56k but also 28.8k modems and no ADSL!

Bless!

Other than that maybe a freeware release from Crystal Shard like Heroine's Quest which is already on Steam!

Or even a whole batch of their wares for free!

There is a rework/update in the works for the 3D Realms website. It was supposed to launch by mid July. There is also something we are supposed to wait until August for.

I doubt we would ever see the Ultimate Collection. However, even a collection containing C&C, Red Alert, Red Alert 2, and Generals as well as their expansions would be nice. The First Decade anyone? :)

Heck, I'd gladly buy every C&C separately for six bucks each if I didn't have to manually install lots of patches the way I have to both in case of The First Decade and The Ultimate Collection.

Six bucks for a fully patched and working Red Alert with expansions sounds fair to me.

The First Decade was a great game set! I still remember playing a lot of RA2 and Generals on there!
