What ever happened to the picture posted in the forum during the summer sale, the one by G-Doc with the tentacles and clock? Is that game still on the horizon, or did it completely go over my head and relate to something else?

Also, I'd be fine with Braid or Limbo :)

Magrunner, free for 24 hours. That was what they were hinting at, not a new release.

That was relating to the countdown to Magrunner, since the game apparently revolves around Cthulu. EDIT: Ninja'd.

JudasIscariot: Your Enigmatic Hint:

It's rather puzzling to me
As to just what a game should be
When it qualifies as a classic
And yet, stubbornly, remains an indie

Writing this ditty has made me go pale
But next Thursday shall be the day
When we'll finally solve this "classic or indie" conundrum
and finally make heads or tale

(My god I am so bad at this...:P )
I'll go with Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. :)

htown1980: I'm pretty sure Quest for Infamy is being released Thursday. It's a retro style indie Quest for Glory style adventure so maybe it fits????
I think you nailed it.
so it is not that classic classic? but definitely very good indie puzzle? Braid fits very well here...
or World of Goo...

p.s. but Judas, please stop writing poems, it hurts :D Maybe draw something for us next time :D

your poetry has a long way to go before reaching those lofty standards :P
No Judas, don't listen to cyboff - keep the poems coming, reading them is quite entertaining even if we can't figure out the hint. ;-)
Hm, got absolutely no idea, but the first one that came to my mind was Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman's Mine. Probably won't be yet another adventure game (though I sure wouldn't mind! :-) ), but if I remember correctly, this indie adventure game was originally marketed as being in the same tradition of classic Sierra adventure games. Its first release was about 10 years ago I think, which might make it a 'classic' as well. It also got a mayor update recently and got (re)released on Steam and a few other sites just a few weeks ago. Maybe it's now headed to GOG too?

Ha, probably completely wrong though! :-D

Tell me I'm wrong.....matches the hint
Quest for Infamy's release is on Thursday, 10th July. You know, like htown1980 already said.
