I must admit that the situation on steam is one of the worst, but they also have hundred of thousand members so the more the merrier they say, but also the more problems you will have or get.

A little village with 100 people will have far less incidents, it will be easier to control, cause it will be possible if needed to simply lockup all 100 inhabitants, but you cant lockup a town with over 6.000 or more people.

The fact that one has to move to Poland is presumably the main reason those spots haven't been filled. I had hoped GOG's LA office (if it still exists) would make it easier for GOG to find talent, but perhaps not.
