Hello

Can anybody help me please. I have win 10 and the game Thief 3 deadly shadows does not respond as with win 7. Garrets hands and lockpicks are not shown when trying to climb a ladder or open a door/chest with the lockpiks. Is there something I can do to fix that?

This is caused by refresh rate above 60 hz, so set refresh rate 60hz and enable v-sync in-game


Another bug: intro movie can run multiple times; this is caused by multi-core, so is recommended to use only 1 core (i recommend CPU 1)

Why not core 0 (zero)? Better leave that for the operating system maybe?

Cpu 0 can cause stuttering because windows use it already...

Download and install the Sneak Upgrade found here:

It solves a hell of a lot of the games problems the hands and the cpu issues among them (hell with it you can even give Garret new high def hands), and is being updated when new issues appear.
Plus everything it adds or changes is optional and entirely customisable, before and after installation.

I have done this but to no avail. Garett is without hands and lockpicks. Maybe GOG must see in to it and fix the game to work as before since it is a googd old game:)
