I was happy for the witcher3 dlc " heart of stones" added it into my shopping card wanted to pay but then i also added a free dlc packe of the game also (which took about 10 seconds) went back to paying and then the cost of my shopping card doubled.
I kinda feel scamed from gog and made fun of. Is this even legal?

Those are pretty strange prices for Germany. A bit too cheap, I would even say.

no even in other countries its the same price :/
Maybe you've put it in your cart seconds before the discount ended? If that's the case, then you've been unlucky... nothing illegal on GOG's part.

edit: oh, you said "doubled". Disregard my post.

Nope. Those prices you are showing me look like GOG's Russian prices. The normal price for Europeans for Hearts of Stone is $11.09.

Did you try a russian VPN on GOG before you tried to buy the DLC? Could be a cookie issue then... Maybe GOG keeps displaying those prices (the VPN ones) until you go to your cart where they force price by IP instead of the region from your cookies.

-1, mostly for the silly name. Penismann is so redundant. How about Penisfrau? Vaginamann? Peniskuchen.

You can open a support ticket and they can change it for you.

CharlesGrey: Peniskuchen.
Appetite ruined.
If you haven't already downloaded anything from the order, you can get a refund if you like.

The price shouldn't change after you put something in the cart unless it's there for a prolonged period of time.
