amok: t depends on how you see it. Ciri never completed the Trial of the Grasses and therefore isn’t a witcher in the strictest sense. However, she underwent their training, mastered their combat skills, and was even given a silver sword by Geralt, a hallmark of recognition among witchers (and she snatched the wolf medalion from Vesemir's body). Her innate magical abilities also set her apart, arguably not needing the trail.
So, Ciri fights like a witcher, acts like a witcher, is treated as one by others, and most importantly, considers herself one. In the final book, as she steps into a new world alone, her last thought is: 'There must be something here a witcher can do.' By technicality, she is not a witcher, but in every meaningful sense, she embodies what it means to be one.
