Binders full of fixes.

Gearing up for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Hearts of Stone, the biggest game update yet is now available for download.

Altogether, it includes over six hundred in-game changes including quest fixes, performance optimisations, stability fixes and even new conversation options with key game characters. There are quality of life improvements as well, including anticipated new inventory management options.

You can see exactly what's new in the massive, thirteen-page-long changelog.

If you're getting ready to jump into the upcoming Hearts of Stone expansion, make sure to grab Patch 1.10 in the meantime - it's a hefty bunch of fixes, and required to play the expansion.

WarmachineXsX: Was finally able to DL and install the patch. My XB1 pad doesn't work anymore. I disabled my mods because i couldn't launch with them enabled, but now theres a bunch of graphical errors :'(
Always been wary of updates when you play with mods. Just because you disabled the mods doesn't mean that your savegame is not still expecting them to be there. Most of the mods right now aren't compatible yet with the new version. You'd be better served waiting for those mods you use to be updated or confirmed working with the new version before updating, than updating and disabling your mods.

Ah, just like when EA releases patches for TS4 and save games, including mine, get borked because of third party mods. Good times...
Like with some other people, Game won't launch after patching and d/l the DLC bundle. Any fix for this yet?

Nevermind this. Check/Repair downloaded some 32Mb files and game is running great with some 10-15 FPS gain for me.

yogsloth: Will we see an installer to start with 1.10? Or will we have to start 1.06 and upgrate? That 17 GB patch, it's a bigasaurus.
Well, considering the main installers total around 24gb compressed without the patches...
Mine still starts, although I didn't actually go into the game.
And I just noticed the very subtle DLC announcements, those weren't in there the last time I tried playing the game.
Awwww heck. So am I cursed like most others with a ridiculously slow download speed that reminds me of the days when broadband was a rarity, only to have my old age ruined as when it finally all downloads, the game won't start up anymore???

For chrissakes CDPR, it's not a *good* thing to have to release 17 gigs worth of patch that then seems to break everyone installs... Stop looking pleased and start hanging heads in shame.

The rollback process is underway right now. I'll just go back to last patch and continue that way until those mods are updated for 1.10. Thanks for the suggestion.

Use the direct download links or the GoG Downloader. You'll save yourself about 7gb worth of download amount.

Good idea. I'm leaving mine set until all the mods that I use get updated. There's no way in hell I'm playing this game sans mods.
Achievements were not retroactively fixed, were they? I loaded up my savegame out of curiosity, but sadly, nothing. Ah well, gonna have to live without 'em.

Well done CDPR! GOTY big time! Keep up the great work!
The update broke the game and I'm redownloading at 0.3MB/s, the urge to curl up in a ball until it downloads is real...
awesome thx cdpr for this new patch game. :D

GOG.com: Binders full of fixes.
I think it's about time the GOG site as well as Galaxy get this kind of treatment... now that would be something to see. Everything is slowly turning into a much bigger bug fest around here.
