Binders full of fixes.

Gearing up for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Hearts of Stone, the biggest game update yet is now available for download.

Altogether, it includes over six hundred in-game changes including quest fixes, performance optimisations, stability fixes and even new conversation options with key game characters. There are quality of life improvements as well, including anticipated new inventory management options.

You can see exactly what's new in the massive, thirteen-page-long changelog.

If you're getting ready to jump into the upcoming Hearts of Stone expansion, make sure to grab Patch 1.10 in the meantime - it's a hefty bunch of fixes, and required to play the expansion.

jeribro: How on earth is this update 17GB, I can't use that amount of bandwidth, rip.
It's 10.5GB total roughly if you download the patch files directly and run the patch installer outside of Galaxy. That'll save you a good chunk of bandwidth.

Right but Galaxy won't regocnise the update and will start again with it if you enabled auto update.

Shouldn't be an issue because they would presumably have to disable auto-updates to begin with to avoid gobbling all of their bandwidth.

Has there been a fix to the boat controls for PC yet? Sometimes when I get into a boat holding shift doesn't work at all and I have to hold the W key to move the boat forward but its only at half speed. If I want Shift to work again I have to dismount and remount the boat again. Makes Skellige unbearable.

You could use the harbours, if available. Problem is most small islands don't have one, just the big ones. :-/

Seems I started GOG and the 17 gb patch loaded . After the game started its showing me the "unfortunate turn of events" quest is showing up on the right. I did this mission awhile ago and dont know how to get rid of it. This happen to anyone else?

totally broken on my 290. Unplayable. lags, jumps, freezes. going back to 1.08 fixes it. i've tried a complete reinstall of win 10 and issue remains. Need a fix asap as i purchased the expansion pass so i could play them.

Shift key works again! At least for me..

Is there meanwhile a patch which fixes the display for the graphic and keybinding setting which is broken since 1.10?

Since this patch has came out, ive had nothing but bugs and issues with the game... it constantly crashes, potions and food items dont work right, etc...

Statuettes quests still not working for me. I cant find Triss anywhere.. I already beaten the game, with only those 2 quests remaining.

Hi,

I cant install the 1.10 patch. First sever errors (automatically and manually). Now, I download the files, but the "installation Broken" message appears and the installation process quits when the software try to move the files.

I dont know what to do right now. I bought the DLC but I cant play it. :/
