My fps drops to 30-40 ish after the patch, sometimes 20 ish. Before patch I got 50-60 fps most of the time. Is it only me or everyone else is getting the same problem?

Are you sure your video options are the same?
Maybe they were reset to higher values.
Patch 1.10 didn't fix bug with "Soldier Statue" quest. Here's a screenshot

Same here... And no, all graphic options are the same. Also, I am experiencing a bugfest spamming form every corner of Skellige Islands like there was no tomorrow... But it's probably just my luck.
Patch 1.10 simply killed my game, I have never experienced any major bugs or stability issues, not the game simply won't start, when I click "play" I get black screen for 2 seconds and back to desktop, I run Radeon HD7970M, any ideas?
Ps. I have deleted my mods, as prior to launch I was getting some errors.
Hey, look at this: me and my little ducklings...
Patch1.10 FTW!!!

Wrath-Amon: Fix the god damn crashing. Annoying as hell. Was fine before this so called "patch"!
Nice weekend patching, gah...
This!
Quite common in my game as well, many places, many events...
Now, rolling back to 1.08, don't know if my saves will be back compatible.
After this patch i get instant crush to desktop :(

Still the same, nothing was changed. I turned everything down and I still get crappy fps tho I wouldn't say unplayable. It's just not as smooth as it used to be.

I'm considering to roll back but that means spending a few hours of my life downloading another 16 gigs worth of patch. Oh well.

One thing should be mentioned, since free dlc's are in one file, they're unchecked in Galaxy settings and have to installed once again. Otherwise update through Galaxy went smooth (~2.5MB/s), played for about one hour and everything seems to work fine. However, I have already finished the main story with one unfinished mission, Soldier Statue, which disappeared from mission list and got failed Novigrad, Closed City II and Reason of State, which were already finished..
I think I have finished all the side quests as well, now trying to discover all the Skellige question marks left, to complete the game.

Strange, it did fix it for me. And i did not reinstall.
Got some other questlog bugs still there though
Well, it broke the game for me as well.
Getting 20-30 fps with every single setting to minimum, while before the patch I did get rock solid 60 fps with everything maxed out except foliage and hairworks, on the exact same location.
Why oh why is this the norm now a days, that the "fixes" always make stuff a lot worse in the end.
17gb of effort from the developing team, and this is the result for some of us.
It should not be possible, it just shouldn't.
I get crashes with 1.10 now when talking to Merchants.
