I'm afraid that this code - which you most likely bought from a third-party reseller - was purchased with a stolen credit card, and had to be refunded.

The problem is the third party site where you purchased it. They bought the keys with stolen credit cards. You should have bought the game from an official source.
You should try to get your money back from them.

It is your own fault. Don't buy keys from third party sides. Go complain to them and try to get your money back.
And the site was definetely not legal or they would not have used stolen credit cards to get their keys.
