[GOG game page bug fix]

For anyone who takes offense at being expected to dance to the tune of a 3rd-party installer, they're MojoSetup like you often find in Humble Bundles, so they're a makeself extractor stub, followed by a gzipped tarball containing MojoSetup, followed by a Zip file containing the actual game data.

Most command-line zip extractors will unpack them like you would the old tarballs and KDE's Ark will find the Zip portion if you answer correctly in the "Unable to Determine Archive Type" dialog.

You can also use this "safely extract makeself archives" script I was prompted to write (With Humble just serving whatever the devs give them, I was too lazy. GOG offering tarballs pretty much across the board and then switching away without apparent consultation or warning, well, that generated sufficient impulsive anger and spite to motivate me.)

(Now, on the other hand, if you want to examine GOG's MojoSetup build itself, you'll need my script because gzip isn't smart enough to skip leading cruft until it finds a valid header.)

Note that the new installers expect MojoSetup to generate a .desktop file from whole cloth so there's no longer a scrape-able one bundled with the game. On the plus side, the metadata that used to be in start.sh has been moved into a gameinfo file that's much easier to parse.

Note 1: Games so marked used to have their multilingual or monolingual Linux installers listed under all the available languages, now they are listed only under English. The multilingual ones are probably no big deal, for the English installer likely includes support for the other languages too. But the monolingual ones may have resulted in the loss of some Linux foreign language support. Someone might want to test this. Games that are not marked as either have simply always been listed only under English. [Known GOG issue, will be resolved soon]

Note 2: The game was updated, but probably not the (no longer sold) DLC.

[Note that if GOG has changed additional new installers (for games beginning with O-Z) while MaGog's IP was blocked, MaGog may well be unable to identify this later change, assuming instead it was part of the initial deb/targz-to-sh change]

Things that GOG might want to fix in relation to the new Linux installers:

(a) The following games still have old deb/targz installers (only applies to games I own; there might be more):
- Broken Sword: Director's Cut (bonus)
- Broken Sword 2: Remastered (bonus)
- Broken Sword 5 - the Serpent's Curse (game)
- Kentucky Route Zero [Season Pass] (bonus)
- Last Federation, The (DLC)
- To The Moon (bonus)

(b) The following games have a phrase reading "This game comes with a .deb installer only" under their Linux System Requirements:
- Afterlife
- Dig®, The
- Indiana Jones® and the Fate of Atlantis™
- LOOM™
- Sam & Max Hit the Road
- Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders

They really need to just fill out your collection gratis - it would be more than worth it from their end.

...and finally whitelist his and MaGog's IP addresses. I sometimes feel like he's doing the QA for GOG although he shouldn't have to.

Any chance of compiling the full list, seeing that MaGog isn't able to tell which ones have been updated? I just don't wanna re-download every single game I own if they're exactly the same as the tarballs I already have.
