JudasIscariot: Check Blitzkrieg 2 as well :P
The usual update process is to queue everything to the downloader, and let that sort it out. Then I have to see what files are redundant and remove them.
So yes, both Blitzkriegs will be checked, along with everything else, and an hour after the update is done, I'll have a "1 game updated" popup.
You do like to Torment me...

So here is the hopefully complete list of everything that updated for me without changing version numbers.
The whole thing was probably a fixing of the installers that still had that v2 uninstall bug and were not scheduled for some other update, but that is speculation on my part.

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (2.0.0.15)

Dungeon Keeper 2 (2.0.0.32)
Earthworm Jim 1+2 (2.0.0.7)
Fallout (2.0.0.14)
Fallout 2 (2.0.0.12)
Fallout Tactics (2.0.0.8) (Installer broken now, at least for me. Perhaps wait a few days with the download)
Gabriel Knight 2: The Beast within (2.0.0.12)
Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers (2.0.0.16)
Giants: Citizen Kabuto (2.0.0.3)
Heroes Chronicles: All Chapters (2.0.0.38)
Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete Edition (2.0.0.15)
Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising (2.0.0.2)
Icewind Dale Complete (2.0.0.11)
Icewind Dale 2 (2.0.0.11)
Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business (2.0.0.5)
Kingdom: The far Reaches (2.0.0.12)

Master of Orion 1+2 (2.0.0.16)
Master of Orion 3 (2.0.0.8)
M.A.X. 1+2 (2.0.0.7)
MDK (2.0.0.25)
Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition (2.0.0.15)
Nox/ (2.0.0.20)
Sid Meier's Colonization (2.0.0.10)
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on dark Athena (2.0.0.10)
The Manhole Masterpiece Edition (That's the weird one as it is still a v1 installer)
Phantasmagoria 2 (2.0.0.16)
Planescape: Torment (2.0.0.8)
POD Gold (2.0.0.19)

Hmm I should write something to the support regarding the broken Fallout Tactics installer, but I think I wait till Monday or so, they'll already have it fixed themselves then, problably.

When did these installers get updated? Only I redownloaded quite a fair few last weekend (7-8 days ago) when I had very rare access to a much faster internet connection. I don't know if I got them before or after this silent update (because GOG didn't change the version numbers >_< for some reason). Now that I'm back home on my lowly sub 2Mbit download connection, I'm facing a lot of downloading again which is mighty irritating.
Beneath a Steel Sky has gone from being a 78.1MB installer to being just 21.3MB, and no version number change between these two, clearly different, versions. The download page still gives the 78.1MB download size, even though the download is now actually only 21.3MB. What's going on GOG?

EDIT: BIG WARNING FOLKS!!! I've extracted both the old 2.0.0.9 and the new 2.0.0.9 installers for Beneath a Steel Sky just to have a look around. The old one uses ScummVM, the new one uses DOSBox. That isn't the big bit though. The old one has a sky.dsk file of 69MB, whilst the new one has a sky.dsk file of only 8.41MB, highly suggesting that the old one was the CD version and the new one isn't, meaning we now have an inferior version of the game.

It did? I was just playing that this morning. Hmmmmm.
Yes, confirmed it, the sky.dsk file being changed from 69MB to 8.41MB means it has changed from CD version to floppy disc version, and as a result the game loses some sound effects and the spoken dialogue.
Why change it?

Phew! I still have the CD version installer, thanks for the heads-up.
The CD version can be found here: http://www.classicdosgames.com/game/Beneath_a_Steel_Sky.html

But really wonder why downgrade the game?

I've sent in a Support Request to GOG to see if they can provide any answers as to why Beneath a Steel Sky got changed to the floppy disc version and how this happened without the installer version getting changed.

I'm a big supporter of GOG but they really do need to be more transparent about their installer versions.

Thank you so much for the list! +1.

The fact that there is nothing beyond the letter P probably means another batch will appear next week...

Damn, damn, damn, damn...
I already overwrote my copy.
Shame on you, GOG, for not warning us.

In that case you cannot use enhanced music for BASS any more?

hi.
I get that GOG give the game away for free, but they really should not be making people have to get the CD voices from somewhere else to play the better version of the game. GOG gave away the CD version before, and really should be telling people what caused this decision.

Thank-you for the link though. +1
