PKodon: Okay, some posts here mention some kind of bug with the update flags, With the Tex Murphy Linux flags, since I don't currently use Linux, I just clicked on each of those packages twice and those flags disappeared when looking at GOG.com (Home).
When I open the Library page, though, I still show 2 updates (yet, there is no indication at the top of the bookshelves that there are any such updates). Also, if I put the mouse over Account, there is a 2 next to Library that won't go away (also, only when viewing my Library). Do I need to click twice on everything on my bookshelves, to clear whatever flags those are?
Some people believe that GOG is an internet store that sells video games.
That is just a cover story.
In reality, GOG is a point-&-click adventure game, and the puzzle you have mentioned is one of the more difficult ones to unravel (although there are others even more dastardly).
Alas, no one has written a comprehensive walkthough yet.
skeletonbow: If you can figure out how to make the update flags reflect reality you'd end up being wiser than anyone I think. :)
PKodon: Well, after clicking on all 316 of my game packages, it still has a 2 there at the top of the Library page, and next to Library (under Account) -- so, no, that doesn't work.
Did you try reloading the page?
