That's actually part of the Patch 2.0.4 (14 November 2016) changelog, and the only bit of changelog for Barony: Blessed Addition that has survived the "|" bug reported by mrkgnao back on 2020.08.12

The latest update has no changelog as you can see on MaGog.

surfer1260: The base game was released more than 15 years ago. It is very unlikely that it will be updated anymore.

Caster of Magic imade it from a popular community mod to an official DLC early this year. Although you have to install CoM over the base game, I consider it rather as a separate add-on. All updates in patch 6.0.5 apply to CoM.
Are you sure you' aren't confusing the original, which is now a bonus item, with the Community Update version of the game which is the one regularly being updated, along with the DLC?

That's true, just in this case the changelog was available when I first checked, a bit later it wasn't, and after a little while it was back again. And it's not the first time this happens.

You are right. When CoM was released I really thought that it's the name for the community mod from now on. Something like a marketing gag. It seems as if this error can't be erased from my brains.

Quality of Life and UI improvements

- RGD button bounces until player clicks on it once or plays a decision.
- Conversion chance is shown in the ethnicity tooltip (if absent, then the ethnicity is made only of slaves)
- Added more shortcuts: overlays now mapped to 1 to 7 then SHIFT 1 to SHIFT 7. Can switch between region and province with CTRL-SPACE
- 100% healthy units will have a bright green triangle on the Unit Panel, different to other healthy units (66-99%)
- Added a message when a new herd is given to nomads’ nations
- Provincial capital shown in the region panel.

Various rules change or improvements
- Distance is now a factor when checking who trades with who
- If you have two identical main capital/palace buildings, then one will be removed, even if you are within the limit of the number of capital regions.
- The last possible mission will still deprecate now, removing the oddity of seeing a negative turn number.
- Ships can't be deployed on land
- Ships are now ignored in case of land battles but don't prevent exporting to FOG II
- Population boom event restricted to regions with 75+ loyalty
- Increase in combat stat from decision 'motivate troops' factored if exported to FOG II
- Modifier added to a region will reset the current timer if the modifier was already present (previously the new one would be ignored)
- In transactions, AI will value a region which is one of its objectives more highly
- Persian usurpers in the DLC campaign won't have access to Immortals anymore
- Persia staging tweaked.

Setup and data changes
- Immortals have money Inc +50% but are not national unique anymore
- Units exported in FOG II now get +5% quality and +5% cost if they have an equipment (armorsmith etc.)
- Kartli fortress bonuses (special unique fortress for Kolchis) were wrong
- No more Celts as provincial units in Galatia when playing Campaign 550 BCE
- Epiteichismata can be disassembled
- Carthaginian Sacred Band fight centered in all terrains
- Elephants deployment revised in bad terrain
- Fix to elephants recruitable in Epirus region
- Hellenes friction: Penalties toned down depending of number of owned regions for Athens and Sparta

Hotfix v. 1.0.13138 (8 September 2020)

- After tinkering away and troubleshooting, for what feels like an eternity, we believe we have finally tracked down what's been causing all manner of weird graphical issues for our MAC users! This was a particular tough nut to crack, but the so-called "red screen of death" and "lights out" issues should be fixed now.

Areas
- Fixed the issues with the characters’ movement in Ravaged Capital — Entrance.
- Fixed the issue when it was impossible to exit the Abandoned Keep after you completed the Betrayer's Flight quest.
- Fixed the issue when Tristian was stuck at Candlemere Tower during the Betrayer's Flight quest.
- The algorithm that determines the point to switch between locations has been changed and should now fix the error with exiting some zones.

Quests
- Fixed the issue when it was impossible to complete the Nok-Nok and the Great Mother quest if you entered the Goblin Clearing without Nok-Nok.
- Fredero Sinnet could die during the duel with Valerie. Resolution: fixed.
- After the duel of Valerie and Fredero, Ekundayo’s wolf became uncontrollable. Resolution: fixed.
- When talking to Ivar at the Lake Silverstep Village the second time, he could attack your character. Resolution: fixed.

Classes & Mechanics
- When the character wielded nothing in the main hand and a weapon (or a shield with the Shield Bash feat) in the off-hand, the iterative attacks with the off-hand weapon didn’t occur. Resolution: fixed.
- Resurrection and Raise Dead sometimes failed to work. Resolution: fixed.
- Locket of Magic Missile Mastery didn’t work on the Force Missile ability. Resolution: fixed.
- Confusion didn’t have any effect on enemies. Resolution: fixed.
- Bardic Performance failed to switch to a new song as fast as it should. Resolution: fixed.
- Lingering Performance allowed the character to gain benefits from multiple songs at the same time. Resolution: fixed.
- Sensei Advice: Diamond Soul didn’t work. Resolution: fixed.
- Draconic Mettle, which belongs to the monk's Scaled Fist archetype, had no bonuses against fear effects. Resolution: fixed.
- Some Blindness effects lacked descriptions. Resolution: fixed.
- Weapon enhancements of magi and paladins had no visual effect on characters. Resolution: fixed. Now the weapon enhancement duration is shown with a special effect.
- The Wild Energies spell failure chance was affecting potions. Resolution: fixed. Potions are now safe to use.
- Nereids' Beguiling Aura failed to provide immunity for 24 hours after a successful save. Resolution: fixed.
- Charges from quivers were spent at a double rate. Resolution: fixed.

Turn-Based Mode
- In the Stag Lord’s Fort, if the enemy ran to ring the bell, the enemy’s turn couldn’t end in turn-based mode.
- In the PC version, you couldn’t switch actions in turn-based mode when you hovered your mouse over an enemy with an unused touch spell.
- Full-round spells weren’t applied during the current turn if they were targeted outside their range, within a 5-foot step. Miscellaneous
- The character’s movement stopped before it should when the camera was centered on the active character and in some other cases.
- Irrelevant messages were displayed in the log on mouse-hover over a trap by a character with a low Trickery skill level.
- Fixed the character’s movement in the throne room when seated.
- An animal companion wouldn’t get up after it fell in combat. Resolution: fixed.
- (All platforms) An error during an attempt to save the game could corrupt the previous save. Resolution: fixed. Now the saving error does not affect the previous game save.

General Changes

- The 7th Rusviet mission has been significantly reworked. The AI has been adjusted and a bug has been fixed that sometimes let to an overproduction of guardian mechs. As a result, previous saved games are now invalidated for this mission.
- Fixes to aid progression for those who played during the open beta and hadn’t completed the missions in the intended order.
- Mechs preview skins are now always removed before a new one is displayed.
- Background diagnostic tools added to create detailed logs when online services fail (pending).
- Added auto reconnect to online services after 30 seconds if connection unexpectedly lost.
- If not accepted, the EULA auto pops-up so that it is easier to access online services.
- U.I. fixes and improvements to accommodate text changes.
- Language localisation improvements and fixes.
- SFX added.
- Saved game improvement, incl.an overwrite function when you have reached the maximum number of save games possible.
- General improvements to aid match making.
- GOG pre-order mech skins are now available.
- Steam achievements are now available.

New Campaign COOP Mode

You now have the option to play through the entire campaign with a buddy. Coordination is key.

- You only need go to the Campaign overview menu.
- Click the mission you want to play.
- Invite a buddy and play.

You’ll play the campaign as normal, however each of you can control all available units. Work together to achieve your goals and blame the other person when you lose! :P

New Multiplayer/Skirmish Map

New Native Mode Story Trailer

We’re also pleased to work with so many international peoples and so we now have a native mode cut of the Story Trailer. Somehow, even if you don’t understand the language, the words carry extra weight when spoken by a native.

Side note: Campaign, Skirmish, Challenges and Settings are now working offline without the need of Galaxy.

New apparel - Beret: Worn by various lower-ranking Imperial nobles.
New apparel - Cape: This stylish cape functions similarly to a duster. Worn by various middle-ranking Imperial nobles.
New apparel - Gunlink: This tactical headgear offers no protection, but increases shooting accuracy. It is used by Imperial troops.
New apparel - Eltex skullcap: This offers little protection, but improves psycasting. Worn by some middle-ranking Imperial nobles.

If you have a menu with a very large number of commands, as in a powerful psycaster, some of them will be displayed smaller.
