Captain's Perks

- Captain's perks give permanent passive bonuses. We designed them to support various in-game tactics and playstyles.

- For example, you can choose "Sergeant Ripper" perk, if you like boarding enemy ships. This perk gives a special mordren warrior for your team and increases damage dealt by your crew.

- If missiles are your weapon of choice, consider "Missile engineer" perk to drastically increase missile effectiveness.

- Want an easy start? Became "Favorite" and your high-society connections will provide several benefits. Like additional credits and tritanium at the start of the game.

- Perks unlock in small packs as you level up your captain's profile (expect two-three perks per each unlock).

- To activate a perk, you must put it into an active perk slot before starting a new game. At first, you gain access for one perk slot only. You may unlock additional slot later and even further customize you in-game experience.

- Perks unlock a little bit further in the game.

New Playable Ship

- If you have to do some serious stuff, those defective meatbags as chax, humans or oaklana are not suitable for this kind of work. Take command of a team of cool-headed and ruthless robots on the innovatively designed ship.

- The ship is available after reaching level 11

Balance tweaks and technical improvements

- According to your feedback, we made the game more balanced and comfortable:
- New captain's order: "Block the bay"
- Now there's a chance of 2 space stations in a sector;
- Now you can't receive damage during mining;
- Other numerous balance tweaks;
- Fixed a lot of bugs that caused crashes and other problems.

Note:

The new balancing changes correct the values of a few outlier crops that were far more valuable than all others by a huge margin. I don't want Stardew Valley to make players feel "forced" into one particular way of making money. I think it's a lot more fun to feel like there are many different options for success. However, I do understand that growing blueberries and making ancient fruit wine is part of the Stardew culture at this point, so I've made sure that they are still very lucrative options. But these changes should help players feel like they have a few more options.

Fresh on the heels of v1.0.0.4 and v1.0.0.5, make room for the appropriately numbered v1.0.0.6! We've been deep in the forums and your reviews, gathering feedback about those little quality of life changes and tweaks you'd like to see. While we can't incorporate every suggestion we receive, we have tried to find and address the common themes or points of confusion we've seen. Be sure to let us know what you think. We're listening!

General Bug Fixes and Enhancements:
Starbase rooms now give a more clear indication that they are under attack.
Fixed a bug that would occasionally crash combat when the player's ship was destroyed.
Fixed duplicate officers from being offered in the same playthrough.
Fixed a bug with Corbain Lau missing some combat skills.
Fixed a bug displaying multiple notifications when an Officer levelled up.

Art/Animation & UI:
Room construction screen now displays current number of rooms already built of that type.
An alert is displayed on Starbase rooms, while zoomed out, to indicate rooms under attack.
Difficulty setting now displayed on the in-game menu.
Tweaks to the turn-order indicator.
Tightened up a number of space and ground combat animations.

Ships/Officers & Powers:
Optional Inneborg Xiao rescue mission now has an expiry date on the 2nd part.
Alien faction officers now have biographies.

If you've shared something with us and you don't see it here, don't fret. We've got one - maybe two - more updates planned before the end of October. Most notably, these updates will include a) the ability to scrap rooms in the base and b) some pretty significant changes to combat on a number of levels: tactics, balance, powers, ships, you name it. Our goal is to keep the best of Halcyon 6 intact but address concerns about combat feeling repetitive or too grindy.

Is it made with Unity3D? Sometimes, multi-architecture Unity games are delivered with two subsets of directories, whose only differences are the binaries and the included libraries, but the rest of the game's assets are duplicated.

If that was the case for Chaos Reborn, they may have realized they were doing it wrong and fixed it by eliminating one of the two identical subsets of directories from the installers, thus reducing its size to nearly half of what they occupied before.

- When a bomb is placed and then the player leaves the area, the resulting debris will no longer erroneously appear in the new area.
- Watering a trough in a slime hutch will now have no effect on the troughs in other slime hutches.
- Using the rain totem and then quickly entering your house no longer causes you to become stuck in the wall.
- The stone floor now look correct in any configuration.
- Numerous minor bug fixes.

Note:
The new balancing changes correct the values of a few outlier crops that were far more valuable than all others by a huge margin. I don't want Stardew Valley to make players feel "forced" into one particular way of making money. I think it's a lot more fun to feel like there are many different options for success. However, I do understand that growing blueberries and making ancient fruit wine is part of the Stardew culture at this point, so I've made sure that they are still very lucrative options. But these changes should help players feel like they have a few more options.
