Had that with Shelter a couple of times, but it usually then disappeared after a hour or so.

Anodyne PC installer updated to v.1.508.

My notification for Anodyne won't go away. I've already downloaded the update but the red 1 won't go away!

Has been happening for me lately as well.
Usually disappears after about an hour or so... (still hasn't for this one though)

Rechecked my whole collection.
Etherlords has a v2 installer now, and now the languages have seperate installers instead of a language pack.

Omerta got a new installer, that includes all the DLC as well. It also got a Mac version.
No notification (yet?) nor a post in the community forum, just the announcement at the "Pick 5" promo news page.

Expeditions Conquistador got a new installer, Inherit the Earth also got updated but I can't seem to find what's actually new

ItE got a German Mac version as previoulsy the game was in German but on the PC only :P

What does that actually mean if I may ask (for anyone who knows)? I've already got the game installed so if this is not a content update, do I need to update the installer only if/when I install the game again? I've had that update notification up since the weekend but didn't act on it since it didn't look important. Besides, I've got a game going and didn't want to take the chance it will lose my saves.

You won't lose your saves, you can just install the new version over the old one. You'll notice some posts above I asked a GOG staff member about why E:C doesn't get patches but just gets an entire new installer: apparently because so much in the game files has changed.

German Mac gamers can now enjoy the German version of Inherit the Earth on their Mac as we have uploaded the German Mac version today :)

Despite the "new" flag, the PC version of E:C seems to be the same (v2.2.0.12) that updated last week. I guess the flag came back? The Mac installer is new, though. Just a head's up before anybody downloads another 1.6GBs.

The flag came back because I flagged the Mac installer as being new since that was uploaded today :)
