Nope but it didn't have the "New" in red thing, but thanks I was wondering what the controls were and they don't seem to be listed in-game.

Because so much gets changed in the game files that it's easier to give a brand new installer...

Update Notification works with no problems here - got it, downloaded, refreshed page and the flag's gone as should.
