A few notes on the recent Don't Starve updates:
1) The 64bit version of the base game is missing, previously the GOG version came with both 32bit and 64bit one. This also explains why the new Linux installer is half the size of the previous version. - On Linux Mint I had to install several packages to run the 32Bit game now. (NOTE: The list of these packages aren't listed on the game's store page).
2) For anyone concerned about why the Linux version of Reign of Giants didn't get an update, I've searched the entire Windows version and the only file that was changed was a texture file (Date Modified: 31st March 2016), everything else still has a modification date from May 2015. (Will check the Mac version tomorrow). - Probably affected only Windows and Mac.
3) The Reign of Giants DLC for Linux is still carrying the files for the previously offered 64Bit version of the DLC. Technically this is nothing to worry about as it's just taking up 80Mb or so on your hard drive for nothing (not harmful to say the least).

This sort of thing is one of those few cases where I can confidently say that xkcd #974 was dead wrong.

Should be getting the V 2.0 update to Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 Enhanced Edition soon along with Dragonsphere:

If all the major bugs are fixed it might be time for me to finally retire the originals. Only thing that sucks is my completed save from BG1 Original probably won't carry over to BG2 Enhanced. :(

Different user interface sounds great. Depending on what they changed. ;P https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/49693/v2-0-update-release-notes-attached

Story Mode
With Story Mode, the player’s characters cannot be
killed in combat and are gifted with Strength scores
of 25. This difficulty mode is designed to facilitate a
stress-free experience for those players who are not
interested in plumbing the tactical depths of Infinity
Engine combat.
I'm actually excited now. :O
