So much for "no more extras getting removed from accounts". Though this doesn't seem to be the same case as the previous ones here.
MarkoH01: Since in this case the soundtrack is part of an additional DLC and therefore required additional money from the customer to get it they should at least refund the money this DLC costed because most user probably have bought the special edition just to get the soundtrack with it. [...]
I'd also expect the price of the DLC to change now that the soundtrack is no longer included.
MarkoH01: [...]
But I have to say that I don't really understand this. They don't offer the soundtrack in the package anymore but provide a download link to get the exact same files they have excluded. It would have been enough if they only had deleted the OST from the game pages but not from the accounts. Same result as far as I can see.
It's definitely not customer friendly. And in GOG's case, if they have indeed implemented a way to prevent extras being removed from accounts when they're removed from the store, I don't see why GOG and the devs didn't agree on just letting people keep the damn thing.
mrkgnao: Yes.
Judas has mentioned repeatedly that he does not set flags for what GOG considers minor changes (e.g. Mac compatibility changes).
Are your sure that was a good example?
