budejovice: I have no soundtrack in my account.

But I have sountrack on my hard drives!
Didn't GOG say they would no longer remove extras for owners. ...
You should keep it if you owned it prior to removal
I may be mistaken, but I thought that GOG said that they wouldn't remove bonus content from people's shelves any more...

E: ninjad of course ;>

Yeah... I wonder why I even bothered to ask... The list of gog stuff members I trust is getting smaller and smaller.

One of the many reasons I can count, on one hand, the number of times I've paid $7.50 for a digital download game rather than $5 or less. If I get cheated out of my offsite backup for "technical reasons", I've been cheated out of very little money.

It sucks. But people, please, this is just another reason to hit "download" as soon as you hit "pay."

If you want it, buy it while you can because it may go away.

DRM-free forevah. :)

You're talking to someone who has at least one DVD+R backup of every update GOG has ever pushed since said games entered my library (praise be to MaGOG). However, in terms of what I actually get, the only difference between paying and pirating is a convenient off-site backup and a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Now, given my sense of ethics and morals, I'd rather excommunicate a game and its developers than be forced to pirate it, but, given how broad my interests are, I could easily give up video games entirely (I did when I got fed up with Windows XP in the mid 2000s and switched to Linux cold-turkey... I still have an un-finished Dungeon Siege save around here somewhere) and still have enough legally-owned or legally-free entertainment in other media to last me the rest of my life.

(My print books alone are numerous enough for me to be ready to re-read the first once I finish the last and that doesn't count my love of programming, reading fanfiction, and writing non-fiction.)

GOG deleted the soundtrack from my account also.
Can GOG please explain why they have deleted the soundtrack although they said they would no longer remove extras from owners??

Nothing changed today. Probably a delayed flag for the change of 29 December.

Since in this case the soundtrack is part of an additional DLC and therefore required additional money from the customer to get it they should at least refund the money this DLC costed because most user probably have bought the special edition just to get the soundtrack with it. It may be another thing in cases were the soundtrack was just a good will bonus from GOG but in this case it required additional payment so this would clearly be not correct and I would also consider it a breach of contract. Additionaly the soundtrack still is part of the global mega lord edition on humble regarding to their store page so this could hardly be correct. Maybe it is just a mistake?

No mistake. See here.

I'd guess it was a delayed flag for this:

Patch 2.01 (29 December 2015)
General:

Rewinding demos no longer breaks POV switching.
Fixed client-side crashes in CTF: Tactics game mode.
Corrected the list of assets released under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives license (see license.txt).

Server:

Fixed race condition which was preventing multiple server instances to complete initialization in case they were sharing the same home directory.
Bugfixes and improved performance for the built-in HTTP server. UI:
Fixed memory leaks, improved peformance for the server browser with l10n enabled.

because I did not get an update flag in december.

Thank you. You should really post the important passage from the link which would be:

Also, it has come to our attention that the OST was not removed from the GOG listing (again out of our hands), for these people we would like to offer the OST too!

So - if you can email support@roll7.co.uk with a screenshot of your purchase receipt from Steam (before November 8th 2015) or GOG (up to 5th January 2016) we will respond with a personal link to the OST.

But I have to say that I don't really understand this. They don't offer the soundtrack in the package anymore but provide a download link to get the exact same files they have excluded. It would have been enough if they only had deleted the OST from the game pages but not from the accounts. Same result as far as I can see.
