Do you have Victor Vran or else Heart.Break()?

Just wait a bit. I had that several times. It seems like the library is lagging behind. I normally could see which game was marked as updated 10-15mins after the notification appeared.

There is a changelog available for that update too :)

My current record stands at 40 minutes.

I believe it is so because the notification flags are kept in a pile right next to Judas's workstation, while the blue paint for the updated dot is kept in a storeroom at the back of the GOG office and it takes a while to get it.

I noticed :)

JudasIscariot: We have a changelog feature available in your account for every game that gets an update. If a game has a major update or bonus added to it, we update the changelog.

So what seems to be the problem, if I may ask?
I've never heard such a thing mentioned, nor can I find any mention of it in the FAQ or on other sections of the wrebsite. So the problem is that any information of an update isn't exactly easy to come by.

Is it listed somewhere where a user can actually read the changelog, or are you referring to games that might be flagged as updated in a user's library? If the latter, it isn't usually easy to see what's been updated. If I'm a Windows user, and the game is uipdated with (say) a Linux version, then how am I to know that's all that's changed? If I can see that the game has been updated for the OS I'm using -- in the case of the game i was responding to, it appears to be an update of the installer to provide better compatibility with Windows 10, do I really have to download several GBs (in this instance) and ... what? It's still not going to tell me what's changed.

So: if there is an accessible changelog, I'd appreciate hearing how it can be accessed. If not, it would be a great help if GOG would consider providing such a thing.

Once you see a game that has been flagged as "updated", click it, "More", "Changelog", and you should be able to see the changes from the latest update.

To find out which games are updated, click on the arrow next to "My Collection" and choose updated (see pic) to see which games have received an update.
For the changelog, click on the game so that it expands, click on "More" and than "changelog".

Done, thanks, might have been a while before I noticed.

The nonchalance with which GOG loses people's data never ceases to astound me.

That sort of thing is why I'm amazed anyone voted for the ability to add tags to shelf entries. I always keep track of all my metadata (both purchased and wishlisted) elsewhere for just that reason.

Thanks. I always forget to rewishlist things that have been on preorder... it's very annoying that they don't carry over, I only tend to notice when I see a game I had wishlisted and find it's not any more...
