JudasIscariot: We have a changelog feature available in your account for every game that gets an update. If a game has a major update or bonus added to it, we update the changelog.

So what seems to be the problem, if I may ask?
it happened in the past : some changelogs were missing, now i don't know if it's still the case, i don't exactly monitor each game...

and mrkgnao posts any changes from MaGog , and sometimes it appears no changelog are added....

i can accept time to time a human mistake but :the problem lies :

- if a game has its installer changed and there's no changelog : we don't know if it's a mistake or if it's intentional. I'm aware it's not often , but still....

If there isn't a changelog then the change was too trivial for one and by trivial I mean there was an image file or something of the sort replaced in the new installer.

I can acceot that, but you must accept the fact, how we are supposed to know if it's a mistake or it's too trivial ..... ?

the website deserves much more attention , i still have the chat system which crash firefox since 2 weeks >.>

yes, i'm aware about that, the issue seems solved now, because i installed the new version of firefox (41.0 stable one). I still have a "1" alongside" the chat , and can't clear it, -> seems i should have to deal with the support once more.

to be honest : waiting a new version of a brower (i don't like to deal with beta version) and not be able to fix it before , it's embarrassing tor the webdev's team....

That issue has already been resolved by Mozilla. Download and install the shiny new Firefox 41.0 and the crashes are gone.

Edit: I should probably stop writing in the forum past midnight if I don't even realize I have been ninja'd by the post directly before mine 2 hours earlier. ;-)

We cannot possibly account for every single thing that would occur in a piece of software not made by us especially if whatever the issue was is fixed in Firefox 41. I am not a web developer but whatever it was may have been something on the browser's end and not ours :)

First: I am glad that the issue has been resolved (I was wondering why I was able to chat again without crashing). Second: imo it is an impossible question to answer which problem it is whenever one software that depends on another is not working correctly anymore. Was it Mozilla's fault that it wasn't compatible anymore with one of GOG's existing features? Or was it GOG's fault that the new feature wouldn't work with an update of firefox? It may however be sure to say that GOG cannot foresee whenever an update of another software leads to an imcompatibility of one of their features. So as long as they are trying to fix the issue whenever such issue appears everything is all right for me. And they really tried to fix the issue on their site before Mozilla fixed it on theirs.

Total OT: Yay, I've got three stars - I thought I would have to wait until 500 rep for that to happen. Thank you, community. Now I feel really honored and can sleep well today. :)

IMHO, the sensible thing would be for the devs of the software that depends on another to be pro-active, and test/make sure that all features of theirs still work every time the software it depends on updates. Especially if the software it depends on is a widely used, general purpose one, and until recently the only means to actually access/use their software.
Speaking in general, and not specifically about the chat issue, as GOG seemed unable to reproduce that when notified about it.
