I can still click the links, etc. but the page is very faded and washed out.

Currently no games are marked as owned (naturally also affects sale filters). Acknowledged as a bug here:

I've noticed the same issue. My wishlist is empty. Plus the wishlist filters on the "On sale now" part of the site are now gone.

My wishlist is the same as usual and games are correctly displayed as owned, but the moment I go to the sales sites, I can't use any of the personalized filters like "games owned" and "only on wishlist", as if I wasn't signed in.

Yes. Same here now, which is a bit of an improvement.

EDIT: Scratch that. While games are marked as owned on game pages and elsewhere, they are not marked as such in the catalogue. In other words, it seems the issue is limited to the catalogue and its filters.

Yes. It's the same bug as above. The catalogue (which includes the Store, the Discounted, the Sale, etc.) is currently unaware of one's owned and wishlisted games.

Problem is only in the browser. In GOG Galaxy it looks to be ok.

Well, if they still want to sell something during sales in the future they better fix it. I think I am not the only one who can't be bothered to use a broken wishlist (filter for discounted games is not working) without sorting option and a webpage that shows no information about ownership.

All my owned games are marked as "in library" and my wishlist is intact.

But (as already mentioned here and in other threads) most of the filter options are gone from the sales pages.

I don't bother scrolling through xx pages of games in a sale, if I can't filter out the games that I already own, plus all the (unnecessary for me) DLCs.

Really hope they fix this soon. I generally buy a bunch of games on sale, and not I can't sort by price without being swamped by games I already own.

The issue appears to have been resolved; all options have been restored, and they are functioning properly. :)
