WTF GOG!!!

So, a few days ago i had the "game stuck on checkout" glitch, gragar was a cool dude and told me that i could remove it from the front page and it did work... until now. Guess who's back?
More weird, if i check pages from my forum replies it doesn't appear but from general discussion main page it does!

Yeah, I'm getting the Witcher 3 DLC stuck in my cart. It won't leave. It's kind of like that guy you knew in school (you know that guy - everyone's met one of them). He comes for a beer you like him and all, but he just doesn't know when to leave - even when the booze runs out and you show him the door.

Actually hadn't seen that solution. I was just going through the checkout process and at the last page I'd get 'There's Nothing Here'. Then it would disappear for a while. Tried the front page thing just now, as per your suggestion, and it seems to have worked. For now.

Yeah, i was discussing that in the other thread and it's back, i think that returns if you go to your account settings but it's temporary.

Edit: Nevermind, for some reason a post that i made in another thread wasn't appearing.

I've had the same issue a few times lately, as well as not being able to make posts with links in them. Seems to be an issue in threads with a large number of posts.

In my case it was different, it was just 1 page thread with no link but someone else was abble to see it because he quoted me and then it appear my post. Dunno....

I've had this happen a few times before, but not recently.

One that that does happen consistently for me is if my post is the first on a new page, the forum kicks me back to the bottom of the previous page. Every time.

To clarify, if I post in a thread that has, for example, 4 pages, and my post will be the first post on page 5, the forum will always kick me to the bottom of page 4 when I hit the 'Post Message' button and does not take me to my actual post.

Caching issue. When a thread moves too fast, the number of posts in the thread is reported incorrectly. So while your post is post 65 (example), forum thinks your post is post 40 and takes you to that post instead.
Most often seen on release threads and sale threads.

Is this the only likely cause? I ask because it's happened in fast-moving threads, yes, but also in quiet ones. In fact, it's many times happened when I'm the only one that posts in a thread within minutes either way.

Not sure it's the only cause. I have experienced the same, and they were not all fast-moving threads. There was increased activity on GOG though.

I'd say it's the most likely cause, though I can't rule out other reasons. But I only recall seeing it when the number of posts in a thread and those reported in the forum were different.

It happened to me a few times during the first 24hrs TW3 was released in random, unrelated to the game threads .
