I too do not get notification flags for new PM messages.
Began at least 24 hours ago.
I did not contact support.

Also got some PMs without a flag. Interestingly, the downloader did mention that I got messages.

Wait, PMs are broken? Can they at least be recieved/sent at the moment?

You can, but there's no notification, so the only way is to check time to time if don't have a new one.

Or open the GOG downloader, which will actually notify you of new messages.

At least the notification for forums replies seems to work right now, it wasn't some time ago (at least for me)
