De Ravenna: All Bethesda games are currently on sale with no promo page

DukeNukemForever: There is a link to a Bethesda promo-page on the main page, but no news article so far:

Seeing as we don't have a thread for it yet, a question I wanted to ask about this is is there any difference between the Classic versions of Fallout, Fallout 2 & Tactics and the versions of them that are on the store?

As far as I remember the games itself are identical, but the classic release from Interplay included soundtrack and other goodies. The re-releases from Bethesda only have a manual, no other stuff. But regarding Gog Databse the newer versions from Bethesda got an update, but that's maybe not game relaled:

Classic release: https://www.gogdb.org/product/1#builds
Bethesda release: https://www.gogdb.org/product/1440148836#builds

Edit: I need correct myself, Filesizes are different (Classic 527MB vs Bethesda 720MB), so there is for sure somehting different. To be safe I would maybe wait or check the subforum.
Edit 2: Okay, regarding a thread in the subforum also the resolution patch included in the re-release. Unfortunately the thread ist from 2015 and the last update ist from 2019, which raised the filesize from 526 to 720 MB.

Alright thanks for the explanation. I'll not re-buy them then, as it seems the classics are the better versions.

Are they trying to avoid uncomfortable questions about Skyrim? ;)

Links to https://www.gog.com/promo/black_friday_2020_sale appeared, but this page does not work at the moment (links redirects to main page). Some titles linked to this promo (Mount&Blade series and few others) may be found here (the second list in the post).
