Ich hab mir gerade die Premium Edition gekauft und heruntergeladen, aber das Spiel startet nicht. Ich klicke auf "Starten", die Schaltfläche wird grau, es erscheint ein Ladesymbol neben dem Mauszeiger. Ein paar Sekunden später verschwindet es wieder und die Schaltfläche wird wieder lila. Mehr geschieht nicht. Was tun?

I buyed and downloaded the Premium Edition today, but it won´t start. I press the "Start"-Button, but it won´t work. The Button becomes grey, a loading sign appears near the mouse coursor. Then, the Button changes back to purple and the loading sing disappears. This is all what happens. What should I do?

Look at the error message. Microsoft likes to hide useful things but it should be in Event Viewer.
