jimbob0i0: Shadows: heretic Kingdoms is taking ages to go through ... new Keane?
well it has been 15 minutes now... ;)
The next time Shadows comes up, it will probably bring this whole thing to a halt...

Pardinuz: Dang, I'm 8h late to the party! I hope I can at least grab a copy of Crypt of the NecroDancer. :)
Freebies seem disappointing this time around, though.
I was seven hours late myself, but doesn't seem like I missed much. Crypt of the NecroDancer was just around not too long ago, was the first game I grabbed. The games seem to be repeating already so I'm sure it will be up again soon. :)

It took about 4 hours for the allotment to be taken up. Many ran screaming into the night
Didn't someone want Chroma Squad?
So can someone explain why I get an explain with xx% off a bunch of games and come here and check my wishlist and find nothing on sale including half the game in the email? Did I just get cockteased?

It was like the sale ran face-first into a brick wall. It stopped things for a very long time because nobody wanted it.

Insomnia sale a while back it took about 4 hours to clear give or take ...

People ended up writing fake 5 star reviews to try and promote it so people would buy it and get rid of it ...

I wish I was around for that one, I didn't join in until the second Insomnia sale. But I've heard so many stories. xD
Lol. Thanks for explaining, guys.

Misread this one as Serpent in the Shaglands. Was very surprised.

I'm a Keane survivor, this forum helped me through those hard times.

Shendue: Okay, keaning prevision for when the sales start to slow down. What are the best candidates to the Jack Keane award of slugginess?
Shadows Heretic Kingdoms might be the closest thing, and that's when (if) it comes around for a 3rd time.

Judging by the horror stories of past Insomnias though where they put hundred copies of the games, this time they really thought things through. The technical issues at beginning were unfortunate but they acted fast and now everything seems to be running smooth.

Good job, GOG!
