nightshade2013: until the freebies ran out some people said that they filled in the collections with them if you owned part of them already

btw I have a feeling if you missed something try g2a.com (or something similar)

although I think that's why gift codes were only given if ya already owned it sos they could cut down on the resellers......................
Bad idea. Many of the codes are bought with stolen credit cards there. In a month or so, you can expect your games to get removed.

ExnihiloMundus: So, is it sure that the D&D combo is not coming back? Crap, I've been waiting on that for ages and never even saw it. How much was it?

TIA for any info.
It was 14.97 for Baldur's Gate 1&2 enhanced and Icewind Dale enhanced
$4.99 each basically down from $19.99 each usually. At best before now the deepest cut was 50% off and this here is up to 75%.

Even if the key doesn't get revoked, which rarely happens because developers don't want the backlash, many g2a keys are stolen or were meant to be review copies for critics and your money supports thieves rather the developers of the game. If you aren't going to bother supporting the developers at all, why pay for your games in the first place?

Just about every week for the past year, there has been a post from someone in these forums complaining about games disappearing from their account. Just about every time, they claim their "friend" gave it to them, then the truth comes out it was bought on G2A or Kinguin. And these are only the public ones complaining on the GoG forums about it...

Makes me wonder how many just go to G2A to claim a refund after talking to support...

How do you really think it comes about that keys on those sites get sold for less than they were even sold for? Magic?

styggron: oh well,
I guess we're not going to get an Easter sale after all just the current one that ran out of freebies a while ago.

:(

Ophelium: There's still the weekend promo.

EDIT: Linkified.
Yes there is but almost every promo, I already have everything in it :( I was hoping for an Easter sale after this insomnia thing.
Seriously, I've been waiting two days now for Kentucky Route Zero and so far nothing*. Has anyone seen it in a while?

*nothing = buying a lot of other games I don't need.

I can only say it for JULIA, but I could download it (did not try the gogdownloader though) and I am already done playing. What keeps you from using Galaxy?
Arrhhggg bring back Pillers of Eternity lol

Got the feeling I am going to miss it again :/

Fun fact: Piller is rare German slang for penis. The word you are looking for is "Pillars".
So, this thing is still going, and for three days straight without single addition. This has actually become pathetic.
