I just checked on that. It popped up only one time per day over the last 3 days. It has not appeared today, yet.

MainStreamDude: I saw some users on this thread who weren't too happy with what this Insomnia Sale offered, but I was lucky to see pretty much all of the games I've been wanting to play for quite a while now (like Van Helsing) show up this time. Too bad I missed the Divinity, Broken Sword and D&D bundles, though... Those would have completed my wishlist.

Still, I got exactly 10 games plus the freebie, so I am more than satisfied :) That's going to be a few months of gameplay for the price of one full-priced game. Thanks GoG!! Considering I am new here, this was quite a welcoming present.
I'm happy enough, bought 2 games from my wishlist. Playing now Victor Vran the whole time. And I need to dust off my Joystick for X-Wing Alliance.

They preferred to sit and browse ALL the sale items in one go then not come back and enjoy the sale.

Like the terrible "new" Steam sales, where they forgot to insert the sales in the sale, giving slight discount to interesting games, trying to sell only shovelware for a deeper discounts, removing all the flash sales, because otherwise they had to do something totally new for them:

Meaning "WORK FOR THEIR MONEY."

Havent they been lackluster for years for doing that? ;)

Of course, but now they seem to play sales and support limbo, lowering the bar every month a tiny bit more.

Maybe they did not understand that if you have millions and millions of customers, it would be a good idea to invest some of the money into people for support, instead of using the usual four people group they seem to be using for all things.

I am very annoyed about steam. And I won't buy any games on the platform itself any longer. I plan to use them only as game download archive, not giving them ANY money in the future.

The need of the smartphone authenticator pissed me off big time. I owe a PC, I do not want to put my login data on an insecure android device. If I do that, I can stand naked before the dome in cologne, too. It would be the same. And the fanboys on steam don't get it. It does not add to security, it weakens security. Because they made android the next big target for these steam account hackers.

It's like painting a target on their back, saying "Hit me, I am an idiot, that get scammed easily. Please hack my cellphone, too."

Sorry for the rant.
