We've been studying your valuable feedback on this annual event, including comments like "AAAAARRRRGHHHHHH!!!" and "Please, why won't you let me sleep?!". ReynardFox: Oh hey, Turok. haven't seen that one yet. :p

How many days does this sale go on for?
Maybe until tomorrow (12 CET) ... will there be any eastern promo? Only GOG knows ...

omega64: Until discounted copies run out or they forcibly end it. :P
How can virtual copies of something physically non-existent "run out"?

Almost anything is at this point.

cal74: I know but I thought of that because CroTeam games are know to have really strong DRM (I even don't know if Serious Sam 3 has been cracked yet) so I wondered if they used it. And since a strong (I almost wrote "good", silly me) DRM is so expensive that may be another "psychological" reason why they don't want to provide a DRM-free version.
And that is ironically another reason why implementing DRM is a dumb move (no matter how supposedly "inpenetrable" it is), as companies are throwing away money on something that isn't gonna yield any profit, as pirates won't buy it anyways, people who hate DRM won't either (or only when it's so cheap there's hardly any profit), and honest customers will get pissed once their DRM messes up or outright becomes obselete and unsuported (Say hi, Securom!).

Also, you just avoided getting slapped across the face with a massive trout for possibly implying that "DRM could be good" :P

Laberbacke: Any idea what the price will be?
Found this:
Samorost 3 is expected to launch on PC and Mac on March 24th for $19.99 through Steam, GOG, the Humble Store, the Mac App Store, and its official website: www.samorost3.net.
Samorost 3 Cosmic Edition - containing the full game, a digital art book and its original soundtrack - will be available for $24.99.

GOG only has agreement from the publishers to sell a certain number at the discounted price. Similarly, only a certain number can be given away for free, which is why the freebies ran out.

Thanks for being understanding. Having a hard week (as you may guess by seeing my localization) and the last thing I need is a trout in the face... but if you're insisting, I have nothing against a pizza.

Thanks. At that price I'll pass for now.

Does the picture remind anyone of Josef from Machinarium?
