We've been studying your valuable feedback on this annual event, including comments like "AAAAARRRRGHHHHHH!!!" and "Please, why won't you let me sleep?!". You lucky Insomniacs will also be treated to a number of games never before seen on GOG.com as well as the best-ever deal on our crowning jewel - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (-50% after the recent price drop, that's $24.99 in the USA).

JMich: There's an icon for Mac and Linux, though not for supported versions of them. Or do you mean an icon for OSX 10.10, 10.11, 10.12 etc?
avatar
musteriuz: They do show icons for the ones that work on Mac and Linux.
since you said to show if a game work on xp, vista etc... or not... well I think it's fair to say if a game work on osx 10.6-7 etc... and ubuntu, debia etc... too.
Now kinda wondering if the "BUY X MORE INSOMNIA TITLES TO UNLOCK FREE GAME" Message will disappear after the freebie stock runs out

Would be kinda messed up for late-comers if it didn't...

TrevorWilliams: Well, I just lost my right to complain about the sale from here on out. Was sort of disappointed in missing 'the bundle' and was buying middling things just to participate, but finally got to 10 and my freebie was Witcher 3. Thanks GOG!
Congratz, man ;)

Mine was Neo Scavenger.

Press F to pay respects to GoGBear.
The game quantity bar of the sale is like my health bar in Grim Dawn. When encountering trash mobs, it goes down slowly, but when there's a real killer boss, it goes down really quick.
Stronghold any good?

I got Tales From the Borderlands for my free game. I hope it's good - I probably won't get to it for a while, though.

It's amazing.

Habanerose: Wait, the amount of possible freebies is limited?

Thought you could get some as long as the Insomnia Sale lasts...
avatar
NuffCatnip: The devs/ publisher probably gave them a limited pool of free keys and that pool is empty soon.
Yes, but shouldn't the number of freebies be in line with the limited number of games for sale during the Insomnia sale? How can they run out of freebies without a serious miscalculation on their side?

It's GOG.
Of course they would screw up. >_<

Well the problem is that you get more freebies when buying tons of games. Because of this weird system which reduces the number of games bought for getting a freebie. When they set the number of freebies they probably thought that the sales would be spread out to more people, so less freebies handed out.
