Sometimes she just ignores stuff that doesn't correspond to what she wants to hear.
(I am actually not blocking anyone. Note, however, that if anyone starts spamming me with inappropriate messages on chat (which fortunately hasn't happened yet), I reserve the right to block that user there.)

Back closer to the topic:
I was talking to somebody today, and she mentioned that, apparently:
*: In The Sims 2, you can put make-up on a male character.
*: In The Sims 4, prior to the recent update, you could not put make-up on a male character.
Is this correct? (Also, what's the situation in The Sims 1 and 3?)

I may regret asking this but... Why are gender issues such a preoccupation with you? Why do you even care? Why is this worthy of consideration? What's the point?
If another game introduces a gameplay nuance, it's probably not going to gain much, if any, attention, so why does this being a gender thing elevate its importance?

You couldn't get past 99% close to someone if you were the same gender as him/her. You could kiss and stuff, but at the moment your closeness meter sould've hit 100%, the two characters would reject each other. I mean, there was an animation in which they would start kissing, but in the middle of it would part and shake their head, looking downward.
Actually a pretty great depictionof the social acceptance surrounding homosexuality at that time, if you ask me.

Oh the game itself still is garbage, for trying to sell outrageously priced DLCs and not introducing anything worthy in its sequels. But hey. Still counts as an important step for non-binary genders in the game industry.
