"Powerslave: Not completely dead but stalled because of rights issues, they tracked down the right holder and they have no interest in seeing the game released and since they know the rights holder is they can't release the game even as a free download. "

SCPM: I looked into it only a little, but didn't get anywhere. I'm sure I could find something substantial if I had a lot more free time, but that is hard to come by of late. =-\

Grargar: Is that so? Didn't they say they were working on releasing a Playsation/Saturn-based version of the game on PC? They didn't succeed?

hey iamsinistar, I understand by the game rights thread that you spoke with the atari ceo who gave you an email on a person that works at atari dealing with the ip. I'm interested in getting an ip off them, do you have that person's email? I acquired the rights to keen dreams, and im interested in acquiring keen 6 too, to have them submitted to gog. you said she didnt reply again, but she could reply to me since im an interested party.

Four different someones have PM'd me with roughly the same message. It is not my place to give out contact information that was given to me in confidence. But even if I did such a thing, it wouldn't be to someone who is behaving in such a sketchy manner.

Sorry, I think I phrased my response poorly. I meant that four different people have PM'd me with roughly the same message as "thewitcherpotion". Clearly it's someone with alt accounts. Either that or a bunch of prepubescents with the same posting style. Hence my doubling-down on refusing to share information which was given to me in confidence. The CEO of Atari surely has better uses for his time.

Does anyone know if Turnipslayerr still works at GOG? I'm having a hell of a time trying to contact him all of a sudden, and the bluetexts won't respond to my questions on the matter either. :-P

If nobody wants the info I may have to pass it along to Night Dive, or somebody who will at least respond and make a re-release happen. :P
