I'd like to back Tom on this one too. While Tiny appears to be (from my viewpoint) unreasonably bitter lately, I've had lots of fun with him over the years. I hope he finds his way back to who he used to be.

Tiny's great. Just a little shizo... bi-popular, whatever you call it. One minute he's saying that he wants to do is hang out with you and buy you a drink, and the next minute he's mad and saying he's going to ignore all your posts from now on. Personally, I think the dude has some extra people living in his head, and not all of them get along.

TinyE hasn't been that bitter always,
Tauto on the other hand has always been a griefer and troll. His minus 1000 something rep are well earned and he is one of people that turned this community toxic. He wished cancer on TinyE (who, who is well known, survived cancer). He prouded himself of his friendship with NES, one of the most notorious scammers and trolls on these forums, even prouded that he would have access to NEs' army of Alt-Accounts that are used to scam and up-/downrep other accounts. Consider that TinyE has lost more than 1100 rep in a few months - and he was always struggling since his sense of humour is just not for every one. But he had fought for and earned a place in this community before all this mess started.

I ask you again - How would you feel?
I'd like to second what the two of you wrote. I also had good interactions with TinyE, we chatted about RTSs, his donkeys and other stuff. Overall his comments and derailing could be annoying at times, but I'd never say he was/is a bad person. I (honestly) don't hold any grudges against him and hope he comes back to his old self.

However, I would like to say that the point ToxicTom makes about TinyE ("You don't know X well, but I know him closely and can assure you he's not a bad person till Y happened) can just as easily be applied to Alaric.us.

Consider this, before he started his spamming; even before he started his "Soon..." campaign, Alaric had some of his posts deleted, not just downrepped but completely deleted, by abusing the spam-report feature. Even normal ones. All because he created JerkMuter, despite the fact that any half-decent forum software has this feature (and it somehow doesn't lead to community destruction in all those forums that have it). So I ask you the same question ToxicTom asked:

How would you feel?

I've had a few conversations with Alaric and followed some his posts. Narcissistic? Arrogant? Possibly. However let me tell you this: I asked him why he put another person (whom I considered to be friendly) on his Jerkmuter. Now instead of badmouthing that person, Alaric simply replied that he didn't like his posts and (and I quote) "And I'm not saying he's all bad. I've no doubt in my mind that he can be a good person to someone and it could be fun to play a game or two with him. It's just that I don't really have much tolerance for [him]." So even though Alaric disliked this person enough to Jerkmute him, he was civil enough to post this about him. Honestly, seeing how many arguments between "regulars" here quickly evolve into 'fuck you!' 'no, fuck you too!', maybe some people here should learn a little bit from Alaric.

(for the record, when I asked that person about Alaric, he didn't badmouth him either, but simply said that they don't get along and don't share same view on things).

So seriously, I haven't been around lately and haven't really followed who said what when to whom, but I ask everyone this: many people you dislike on these forums can turn out to be good when you really get to know them. Try that. If you still can't, then simply ignore them. Don't start the immature foul-language name calling because it simply reflects badly about you, not them.

The truth is unclear. But strange isn't it that "Tauto" defends NES now when most people were pretty sure it was NES downrepping Gunsynd? Not sure it makes sense this is the same person and there are aspects of some of Tauto's posts that are reminiscent of NES posts.
No, it's gunsynd. I talked to him quite a bit before he became Tauto. The posting style and way he talks is identical, the games he likes and jokes he makes are the same.
I've played enough mafia to recognise people by their posts.

Does it make sense? No, but it's the truth of the matter.

It's kind of hard to find the proof to make it obvious as so many of your posts get deleted, but the way you use smilies is the same and somewhat unusual (who doesn't put spaces before smilies?), you like the same games (Fallout, Skyrim etc.) and I'm not fricking stupid. I can tell you're the same person.

Everyone has their own ideas as to how the forums should be fixed. This is one idea of how the forums can be fixed

Everyone with actual gog purchases should have elevated accounts. Elevated meaning they have the option of hiding their threads from free accounts and prohibiting posts from free accounts. As well as other various stuff

Because he started normally and had a breakdown only recently after years of harassing and neglecting.
He has never been a moderate user (expecially when responding to attacks), but for the most part he has been a friendly joker.
From what I've seen, you logged in here almost daily only to troll (except recently with the CM around).
