From what I have read, that's very likely. Seems to be a selective audience, probably just the arse wipes from here who think they're better then everyone else. Which they probably are... in their heads atleast! :P

I really feel bad for you here, 'cause you've got a job that nobody wants. As much as I wish it wouldn't happen, people are gonna use you as a punching bag because you "represent" GOG, regardless of what you can or can't actually do. To them, you're the physical (virtual?) embodiment of some 5+ years' worth of inaction.

All I can say is, carry on doing the best you can. Whether you manage to make any big changes or not, your efforts are at least appreciated.

fables22: Honestly, don't feel sorry for me. I know there was going to be a lot of hostility and possibly also hate, and so far it's not been more than I can handle. It's a shame that this is where we're at now, but I still think we can get out of it alive :)

I got insta-ban (IP ban) within seconds, and I mean that literally.

All I did was say hello, I was polite and did nothing that warranted a ban.

I'm starting to think using the same name and avatar as here was a mistake.

I think it was because I didn't use the one with the Christmas hat.

Anyway, funnily enough, the same people that run it were the ones whining here for moderation.

tinyE: They see a farrier twice a year and their corral has a lot of rocks in it so their hooves are in great shape.
My grandfather used to do his horses himself; I never had the chance.
Was too busy chasing chickens.
