I bought two games that do not work in Windows 10 (you cheated me). And there is no refund menu.

The main reason why I bought the games, first of all, was precisely to not have to worry about doing a programming course to make them run.

I am 30 years old and have a job, I do not have time; I pretend that things work. I pay and I expect a product in good condition.

But you betray that concept, which is your main asset.

Why pay for a legal game if after, to be able to use it, you have to dedicate hours to search for "unofficial" patches and make trial and error tests?

Forget about it. I will not buy you anymore. I want my money back.
Money Back Guarantee Policy

It is.
Which two games?
There is no way GOG, the publisher, developer, or anyone else can make sure that a game works in any and all possible hardware/software configurations, there are much too many variables even when limiting to Windows 10 on x86-64.

It works in the cases they've been able to test, else they would not sell the game. I would guess that they're trying to work with you in order to make sure that the game will run on your machine. Their promise is that if they are unable to help you, you'll get your money back.

.

Also, this is a public forum, mostly visited by customers, not staff. If you want to be certain that your message is read by GOG staff, use the support pages.

Forgive me if this comes of as snide, but does the OP think he is the only employed adult here? :P

That reminds me. It's a quarter to two, I need to go to bed so I can get up in time for work.

I'm at work.
Well, my angry Argentinian, there's some data missing from your case.
A: What games?
B: When purchase?
C: Did you contact support?
Before you can get a refund you have to meet some requirements:
-- you bought the game less than 30 days ago,
-- your machine meets provided system requirements,
-- you contacted support and they couldn't help you make game run.

So you will have to contact support using link in the navigation bar (top of the page) and tell them about your problems, and then if they can't fix them then you can ask for a refund.

BTW, come up with some nickname amigo.

None of us here on the forums sold you anything. Like almost every single support forum on the Internet, it's just your fellow gamers here trying to help one another. Staff is rarely here and, to be honest, even if they were here, they couldn;t help with with an account issue since this is public forum and they're not going to discuss private information

You need to be over here:

If you want some help with your purchases, you may want to mention which games you're having problems with and what those problems are. We're pretty good with helping folks and the fixes are usually quick.

Good luck

Unfortunately too many folks on the Internet don't see this as a necessity.

That's quite the accusation to be making. A game not working doesn't automatically mean you've been cheated and slinging accusations isn't going to win many people to your side. You need to contact support: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us

Most of you send me to a generic "help" section that only contains FAQs. It doesn't work. Nobody takes care of you online, and it is not possible to start the claim process. You can only "leave a message", like a bottle in the sea ...

I insist with my point: I can not waste time looking for tricks on the internet or the forums. If the game does not work, it is just that I can return it without complications. Point.

You didn't even mention the name of the games you have issues with, how do you expect anybody to give you anything other than generic advices ?
