ZFR: I... uh, received the following PM from zeogold:

"I'm PMing you since you're obviously the most intelligent member of the jury, and already know the solution. I'd like to tell you, as of course you already know, that the Telephone Technician is the crucial clue, but all the other ones were stupid enough not to see it.
I'll also tell you that, as of course you already know, the defendant is not guilty, the murderer is the fake nurse and Yezemin is a planted juror working for the Hong Kong mafia."

I'm sharing this in the er... interest of fairness. This is 100% legit.

To prove I'm not lying here is my vote: Prosecution Witness, Telephone Technician. Would I be voting this way myself if the above was a lie?
*puts ZFR in strait jacket*
Come on guys, do something. Try to kill Zeogold, anything.

ZFR: the murderer is the fake nurse
Great minds think alike!

Anyway, I've already voted.

ashwald: a question for the telephone technician afterwards

You could vote.

Why don't YOU vote.
I bet you'd vote guilty.
Who slapped me?! Oh, it is already day 2?! I'll vote with ZFR.
Vote: Prosecution Witness, Telephone Technician.

Fine here it is you, you ZEOGOLD!
Prosecution Witness, Telephone Technician.

zeogold: The coroner's report states that the time of death was definitely between 9 P.M. and midnight. Death was caused by a single gunshot wound to the chest, severing the right coronary artery and causing the victim to quickly bleed to death. Other damage to the body included a severely fractured tibia in the lower left leg. The tibia was bruised, but not broken. There also appeared to be a few burn marks on the body.
Burn marks? What kind of burn marks, and where? Are we talking powder burns around the bullet wound, as if someone had pressed the gun right up against the victim before firing?

Are we talking burns on the hand as the gun the victim was holding misfired, shooting the bullet straight backward into his chest instead of into his target?

omega64: Come on guys, do something. Try to kill Zeogold, anything.
"Do or do not. There is no try."
For the moment, I'm content with 'Do Not'. Once we know why he's guilty, we can go all Ides of March on him. Or maybe Ides of April, so as to avoid the delay.

ZFR is completely trustworthy, so that PM must be legit. Let's lynch the Telephone Technician.

Take a wild guess what kind of burn marks they are.
I want out of here.

Burn marks from the cigarettes Zeogoldilocks pressed into his skin when he was a child.

...somehow, I wouldn't be surprised.
I join the wagon: VOTE: Prosecution Witness, Telephone Technician.

As for the coroner's report, fractured tibia means that there was much stress over there or the consequence of a fall...Location of Burn Marks is key and will prove useful knowing more about them.

REDVWIN
Since there's now a clear majority of 7 votes for the same thing, as per policy, I give you guys the get on with it option. 7 votes to move things along does just that.

zeogold: I want out of here.
Just confess that you did it, and we can stop the whole trial. I even expect you'll be able to leave the court room!

The fractured tibia is probably from the baseball bat that put him in the hospital in the first place. Man, all those threats, and Zeogoldilocks can't even break a leg right!

Unless it was all an insurance scam gone wrong?
