Only vv221's vote left. The sound of water running while the clock is ticking.

REDVWIN
I’m going back to my first vote: all to the bathroom!
Hooray! It's a tie!

Heh.

Don't forget to put a bow on it!

Welp, there's a tie on votes, so whoever changes their vote next gets to determine what evidence is presented.
Vote Burninate Puzzlebot!

That's ALREADY what you voted. If you wanted to change it to anything else, the officer from the bathroom would be giving his testimony.

Sure, I could do that. Just change your vote today and vote for the other one tomorrow!

no, i won't do that, if it's a tie, it should stay as it is. unless you try to influence the jurors :P

The rules state that votes can be changed until all 12 voters have voted and a majority has emerged.
Unless you'd rather the judge flip a coin.
...no, seriously, if this continues on too long, I'll LITERALLY flip a coin to decide it.

Well, that's what I'm doing (the asking, not the flipping).
