ZFR: Why would he say that??? Maybe we should inspect Kryspyn's breasts.

Krypsyn: Sure, no problem.

So the Doorman didn't see nuthin'. Very helpful. He might have been on duty, he might not have, but either way, he's scared to testify. That was pretty much worthless.

Vote Co-Worker

Note that the original case doesn't explicitly say who the boyfriend is. What if it isn't Krypsyn Fettuccine?

Indeed, what if.

Edit - Procedural question - are we getting more commentary from the prosecution/defense today?

Otherwise I'm inclined to enter my verdict.

snowkatt: Fine fine, Mr Gold.
I wil let it slip for now. We are after all here to bring a DISGUSTING PIECE OF FILTH IN HUMAN SHAPE, to justice in the form of the defendant Mr Gruber.
Can you tell the court, Mr Gold if any of the guests have arrived by the main door ?
avatar
Djaron: sorry you had me lost here... so it ain't krypsyn but gruber that is the defendant ?
because it's already rather questionable to publicly go as far as calling even a defendant to be a "disgusting piece of filth" out loud in public within courtroom, but if you even begin to badmouth witnesses or non-accused folks like that as well, hmmm, we will have some problems with your manners, lady, believe me
The prosecution gets a bit excited sometimes.
Yes, Mr. Krypsyn DeLucce is the defendant.
...I mean, unless you think Mr. Dean Gruber did it. That's none of my business.

Outside of the evidence that will be presented, no. Just banter between Ms. Katt and the bagels while Mr. Amrit gnaws carefully on poor Habanerose.

Oy! No demon-raising in court! We already have Tauto here, that's good enough!

I really wouldn't.

I actually have another one of them funny feelings. Ya know, like the won I had the other day in the other game. :)

I really, really want to see a couple of things first. There's a little thing that might be a thing that might mean there is an actual surprise coming. :)

Possible, but this is technically D2, and the OP notes that the host's challenge is to win the game by that point, so ostensibly there's enough on the table with just a bit of minor extrapolation. Though certainly possible the (correct) D2 solution required a different piece of evidence vs. what we chose.

Since my being wrong wouldn't impact anyone else, and the final verdict is majority rule, I'm inclined to follow the "go big or go home" mantra. If I'm wrong, so be it. But considering the doorman played exactly as predicted with just a hint of fuzzy uncertainty at the fringe, I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Verdict: Not Guilty

Oy! For the last time, WOULD THE LOT OF YA QUIT GIVIN' ALL THESE DOGGONE SPOILERS?!

....ok, that's admittedly my fault. I meant to write it as "with two pieces of evidence" not "by day 2", which would technically make it day 3. Since that's due to my miswriting, I'll give you this one shot to take back your verdict, if you like.

Well, dammit. That means I can't just tune out and go to sleep.

But fine, I'll rescind. That was, uh, just a big burp that sounded like a vote. As to a surprise twist coming, if such is the case, I'm going to weigh opting for the bedroom evidence.

The co-worker is the piece most likely to fit my existing theory, and least likely to challenge it.

...ok weighed.

Vote bedroom (that's what she said)

Kinda ironic how he ended up with the higher rep.

Perhaps I am a bit less shady than you, efendi.
Looking at how the body ended behind the bed but there was a necessity to make use of the bathroom, I VOTE Officer on Scene, Bathroom just because even though Archie knew that the water was dripping and he first went there, he wasn't the person that turned off the sink taps... I want to know more of what could be found over there.

Do you happen to also be a sibling of the infamous zeogald, zeogild, zeoguld and (despite his parents denying him) zeogoats :P

Also, could someone tell Mr. Amrit that trying to eat members of the jury is bad :P
