sorry to interrupt when passing by, but:

Doorman: "I don't say nothin' lady, in this place. Seni mafya'dan kimse kurtaramaz. Ask me something different, yes?"
could someone ask the witness to speak decent human-understandable langage, please ?
also could someone tell him that "being all the time here EXCEPT when i MAY have stepped outside and completly off my job's spot" is really really dodgy and unreliable (1st if you cant even be sure or remember of whatever smoke break you took one day ago, it means you may be used to take many breaks or be unreliable)
also, taking a break outside is kind of nullifying the whole concept of "always be somewhere" as in "i'm always blablabla except whenever i'm not"

also, i dont have a map or a clear view of the buildings and surroundings, but i really find the prosecution's idea of what can be done in 20 minutes rather supernatural...
i dunno at which floor victim's appartement is, i dunno where on each theater and carlton towers back doors are located, but defendant would have need at least to move quick pace (hence raise the risk of being noticed because of him hurrying)
is the defendant a regular human being or is he some kind of "barry allen - the flash" ?

also, a valid point raised: why would two lovers set up a meeting together right during one of them's work hours ?
from my poi_nt of view, victim even could have had another/a different boyfriend than supposedly defendant...

sorry to babble and mess up with serious business, just my skeptical self that escaped without warning

snowkatt: Fine fine, Mr Gold.
I wil let it slip for now. We are after all here to bring a DISGUSTING PIECE OF FILTH IN HUMAN SHAPE, to justice in the form of the defendant Mr Gruber.
Can you tell the court, Mr Gold if any of the guests have arrived by the main door ?
sorry you had me lost here... so it ain't krypsyn but gruber that is the defendant ?
because it's already rather questionable to publicly go as far as calling even a defendant to be a "disgusting piece of filth" out loud in public within courtroom, but if you even begin to badmouth witnesses or non-accused folks like that as well, hmmm, we will have some problems with your manners, lady, believe me
low rated

Habanerose: "Seni mafya'dan kimse kurtaramaz" = nobody can save you from the mob (mafia?), translated using Google

ZFR: Weird. I got "Breasts mafyà dan kimse kurtaramaz"

https://translate.google.com/#it/en/Breasts%20mafy%C3%A0%20dan%20kimse%20kurtaramaz

Why would he say that??? Maybe we should inspect Kryspyn's breasts.
Guess that's because it wasn't italian, but turkish ;)

Though with all the talk about breasts and pretty princesses, sounds like Mr(?) Kryspyn might lead quite the interesting double-life :P
I vote for evidence from Officer on Scene, Bedroom
The smurf is making a lot of sense. I kinda share his suspicions.

But we need some more info. Bring in the Officer on scene, Bedroom.

No mafia is Italian not Turkish. I say breasts.
I vote for evidence from The Mysterious Co-Worker
again!
I still believe that she/he/it has an interesting story to tell, even if it is not helpfull in this case.
I heard that the co-worker shall be some robot with an AI so highly developed that it became a sentient being. And that`s one thing I want to see with me very own eyes!!!
I'm going to echo Djaron: give us a map of the area.

Vote for Officer on Scene, Bedroom.

bler144: Considering the victim was planning to see and talk to the killer that evening, the whole key bit is irrelevant as she would have let him in regardless.
Not if sneaking in to do the deed was a ploy to direct suspicion elsewhere.

Don't see how that explains it, unless you're proposing that her apartment key is able to unlock the back door to the building. If all it opens is her apartment, again, it's irrelevant since the victim wouldn't be around to say whether she had let the killer in, or if they'd used a key.

Here the accused had a key, yes, but if the prosecution's narrative holds, he wouldn't have needed it regardless because of the victim's prior stated intent to open the door for killer. So there's no misdirect.

Anyway, the doorman's testimony is exactly as predicted. The accused was not observed entering the building, and Archie's claim to have called the front desk is at least generally not supported.
Hm, we clearly need to make a seance, so we can ask the victim!

I don't think a dead person's testimony would be recognized.

Why not? It worked in Rashomon.

And don`t forget Phoenix Wright, at least in one case a ghost helped him to win the case.
