I kinda have somewhat of a theory now (which as always will probably end up being wrong), but I'll wait for a bit to get a bit more infos, and I want to see at least one additional piece of evidence...

My vote goes for Evidence Secured in the Field

Also, did the accusation not have anything to say, or won't we get these informations?

Because I'm kinda curious, as it seems like half might be missing (but that might be just me)...

zeogold: Those are proper paragraphs, unless you're saying you want me to indent them or space them out or something.

mikopotato: Yes that... or w/e you american called it.. idk.. xD
I'm not sure what you meant by "tiny scattered dots", but alright, I'll space them out and indent a bit.
Edit: Doesn't look like GOG will let me indent, but I did space the paragraphs out.

Accusation? You mean the prosecution? They present the autopsy report, if that's voted for.

Yes, that's what I meant. (Not so sure about how things work out exactly in the US, but don't they also interrogate the defendant / the witnesses, which also includes the police officers)

Yes, you understand how things work in most United States courts. The Puzzlemaster's Court, however, is a different subject

Ok, explains certain things...

Any other things in particular about "The Puzzlemaster's Court" we need to know?

On top of the "no poo flinging" rule, there's also a strict no-hula policy.

The man in charge is a mad man.
Frankly most of the people in here are a little "undone".

I prefer to think of myself as more of a "cracked genius" than a downright madman.

Just "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" will do fine, Dostoevsky.
That was a tally for evidence from the field.
Evidence Secured in the Field

Also some Jamón ibérico and a bottle of Lagavulin 1985. Thanks.

Fixed your comment.
"Investigating officer: "Yes. We ran over the entire house with phosphorescent light, designed to reveal the smallest traces of blood. We found blood residue on the floor of the laundry room and the kitchen and trailing out into the field."

House > Field > Car > BINGO!

Im voting for the evidence on the field.

Car is next.
