bler144: Technically 5 of 12 (or 11) is not a majority, though in this case it is a plurality.

Just woke up. Need breakfast before I really dig in.

zeogold: I'm tempted to say "The Puzzlemaster makes gamefood's vote for him! He has voted for the house!" just so my original statement would be right.
Eh, 6 of 12 still isn't a majority. ;)

Mr. WhiteMane is not guilty of the robbery. He is guilty of murder.
Murder??? Are you tetched in the head?

LET ME OUT OF HERE!!!

He's on trial for robbery, however. If you want to accuse him of a different crime, let's save that for another trial. I take it you want to lock in your official verdict as Not Guilty? You are not allowed to change this later.
Right, the evidence from the house wasn't very useful, was it? I TOLD YOU we should have gone with the car!

Then cast your vote! We're only on Day 2, after all, despite Bler's startling boldness.

Eh, I'm not really playing to win, so I'm in no rush.

Unless everyone else is willing to issue a verdict I still think the best evidence choice for today is field or car.
The thing that really stood out to me was that the blood trail is leading OUT of the house. I'm gonna assume that they found all the blood there is, i.e. there is no blood trail leading INTO the house.

A theory would be that he tried to wash some piece of bloody clothing, but there is no water so he runs to the kitchen, thinking that the washing machine is broken, so he tries the sink in the kitchen. Still no luck, so he rushes out of the house.

However, why is there no blood trail leading into the house? Maybe the piece of clothing was covered by something so that blood wouldn't be dripping from it?

I am now interested in either the evidence from the field or the laundry analysis. Leaning towards the field, but I'll wait until others share their opinions before I cast my vote.

Well, I mean, you gave a private message, so...
I can't tell whether you're just trying to explain your reasoning to me for the heck of it or are locking in your vote, which you are allowed to do at any time, even on Day 2.
Again, please bold any votes you make.
It's also worth mentioning that if you DO give that vote/explanation today and it ends up right, you'll have solved this case so fast, the entire thing will have seemed like...
....
...a bler.

bler144: Heh.
If I keep making puns as bad as this, I'LL probably be the one on trial next.
Well, in terms of the puzzle I'm happy to lock my answer in. But there's always the matter of the course of justice and the responsibility to serve the public good and not to let a criminal go free. Due process must be served.

I'll vote for Evidence from Agrarian Space

Ok, so that's a No-

Just "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" will do fine, Dostoevsky.

Those are proper paragraphs, unless you're saying you want me to indent them or space them out or something.
